Mongolian Grill PGLE

Edit: the cook that cooked my food tried to make it right but i was done by that point as my mouth was still on fire.
Wow...I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. There are so many great locally owned restaurants here in cheyenne, but this is not one of them. My food turned out horribly hot, even though I expressly said no heat. I couldn't even eat it. The egg drop soup was a salt bomb with no flavor. Everyone was nice, but the food...not so much. Find an alternative!!!

Overall extremely mediocre.
Insanely loud music that made it hard to talk.
Dirty/dingy interior with sauce and stains everywhere, especially around the grill.
Flavor and freshness were 3/10. The cooks soak your dish in their own seasoning and oil so there isn’t really a point in seasoning your own food.
The staff was pretty abrasive and brief,

My party and myself got bubble guts immediately after eating.

The whole restaurant was kind of dingy and just old walking in there was nobody there and then we noticed a gentleman in one of the booths in the back then there was our party of three. After sitting down ordering our drinks the lady included rice and soup along with each of our bowls but she did not bring them until after we were already seated with our own food she did not refill our drinks. When she brought the check and I had glanced at it and it was unusually high I double checked the items and saw that everything had been doubled when I asked her what happened she said oh my fingers sometimes hit those buttons twice. Now I have had my sister also go to the same restaurant a few months before and she said the same thing happened they tried to double charge her for everything on her bill. Although the food is tasty when they put mine on the grill with my sons I had spicy stuff in mind and he did not when they push it around the grill both together the spiciness of my food intertwined with his he had a hard time eating it.

I never got to eat because I was told to find a seat and wait for a waitress to come to my table. She ignored me and served others that came in after me. Totally rude employees.

Please do not go. Just don’t waste your time, money or health. To be completely honest everyone was extremely nice… I just simply do not feel they know how to cook or use properly food safety practices. We got our food and physically watched the man cooking it pour water from the SINK onto our food!!! We were extremely confused considering we just put several scoops of sauces into our bowls for it to be cooked in… and then the man just washed our food off with dirty sink water…. Then the egg drop soup we received was made with cream of corn and a variety of vegetables and chicken… so actually not egg drop soup… never the less I tired it, shouldn’t have, but I did. It was very much so, creamy salt water… we were so stunned we didn’t know what to do. So we wasted the 28$ it all came up to. Trashed it and found a safer food option. It is very very hard to get me to a point of where I want to make a review because people are cruel. But this needed to be put out there because the usage of sink water in food is absolutely insane. I will add photos with what our washed off food looked like. For reference we got to go boxes, both of us got teriyaki sauces and Mongolian sauce on it and we stood there and watched him make our food. So when he washed our food with water on the grill it was no surprise it came out bare.

Kind people! Good service and very clean environment! The food is delicious and priced very reasonable!

Its been a few months and I'm just now getting around to writing this review. Not like other Mongolian BBQ/Grill places. They’ve implemented some questionable pricing rules. Not into supporting businesses with misleading or shady practices. The employees seemed annoyed by the new rules. We used to go here almost weekly over a year ago but stopped after our most recent experience a few months back. The employees are always awesome though. Sure do miss this place.

Just a heads up for anyone wanting to give Mongolian Grill their money, they close down and fo not make orders 30 minutes before they close their store doors.

This place has really gone downhill in service. We asked for rice and they never brought it but brought the other table rice. Also they changed the noodles.
