I've found Mr. Jim's pizza to be better than say Papa John's or Pizza Hut, or most other places that sell pizza pies in Cheyenne. I like that I can order a triple pepperoni and they'll cover the pizza with pepperoni. When I eat a pizza I want to be able to taste the crust, the sauce, the cheese, and my pepperoni topping. Mr. Jims needs to be just a little more generous with the sauce as I can't taste it and usually can't see it either. You can't produce a 5 star pizza without the proper super high temperature oven. Most of these places have those ovens where you put the uncooked pie in one end and it spits out a cooked pizza at the other end. Those ovens don't produce great pizzas. If Mr. Jims wanted 5 stars he'd absolutely need to change out his dime a dozen ovens for some ovens that produce wonderful delicious pizzas. Service is quick, we always pick ours up and it's ready when it's supposed to be... actually a little earlier. Mr. Jims has two stores in town. One you can sit down and eat in, the other you can't. Mr. Jims serves some of the best pizza in this town, but it has a lot of room for improvement.

Ordered a medium gluten free pizza last night. It cost $33 plus tip and was horrible. The crust was hard and chewy with hardly any toppings. I would have expected much more for that price. Have had wonderful GF pizza in the past. And the worst part is that it must have been bathed in flour because I feel horrible today. I've heard that the regular pizza here is pretty good but I give the GF one a FIRM pass.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered. I told the person I talked to twice my address. After being 40 minutes late, I noticed a delivery fee. When I asked the driver how the fee was divided up and she told me that she got part of the fee as her tip from me. This I was told after I already asked if a three dollar tip would be good, and she told me yes. So she got my tip twice and gave me my greasy cold pizza. My wife and I both got diarrhea after eating the pizza. NEVER will l get anything from them again. They are dead to me. I would give them zero stars out of five even though I was forced to give a minimum of one.

Best Pizza in Town. I’ve tried a lot of the pizza shops in Cheyenne, Mr. Jim’s is hands down the best - in my opinion. Fresh, tasty and priced right. Any modifications you request are always honored and always what you expect. Ready when promised and dependable and reasonable timeframes for a pickup order. Some local places take 45-60 minutes… and not worth the wait. I don’t eat pizza often because I’ve been disappointed with most of the places in Cheyenne, but I think I’ve found my favorite!!! Thanks Mr. Jim’s. Keep the quality consistent and you’ll always have me as a customer.

We hadn't tried this place yet so have it a shot. Ordered online, easy, nice delivery person. Sadly pizza was rubbery and doughy. It wasn't fully cut and we could barely cut it with a pizza cutter. Everyone likes their pizza a little differently but this wasn't a fit for us.

This is great pizza, hands down. We bring the grandkids here to eat at least once a month. They have since games for them to play with while we wait for our food. Delicious sauce and pizza that is brought to the table fast and cooked perfect every time. The staff is always friendly to us so we will continue buying pizza from Mr Jims.

Placed an order online, once arrived to pickup it was incomplete, they then argued though the items were identified on receipt. However they were obviously overwhelmed which delayed the completion of our order. Walk-in customers were able to get pizza before us. Pizza was still good, just not as fresh as should be.

They are the best pizza I found down here, and Wyoming, they use real bread though, and the vegetables are not killed. I am very picky on my food, so this gets a straight a from me. Will be getting them quite a bit.

The pizza is very very good. And the customer service, especially by the manager Sarah, is excellent. We rarely have an issue with an order, but when we did, she personally contacted us to apologize, made it right, and followed up with the staff. I wish every company/store/restaurant had this good of customer service. Will definitely keep ordering from Mr. Jim's on Vandehei in Cheyenne!
