Ordered a deluxe pepperoni for pick up. Got it home and they drizzled the whole thing in hot sauce by mistake! Called to tell them we were bringing it back and the first person hung up on me before even talking to me. I could hear her laughing and talking to someone else before I was disconnected. HANDS DOWN, BEST F###ING PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD! AMAZING!!!
we ordered online and after 90 minutes called to see where food was...they couldn't find order...gave confirmation number and then they said idk what happened and they would have it out to us as soon as possible. I said that's ridiculous is there any compensation? let me talk to the manager...we can give you free 2 liter or desert. I'll take a refund please. only positive was the lady I spoke with was very nice. manager lost a future customer.
