It's been a while since I found this unique food truck in Cheyenne, WY, but the food was delicious. If you live in Cheyenne or are passing through, definitely look out for this food truck. You won't be sorry. The food is cooked fresh to order right then and there. I forget the owners name, but he definitely knows how to cook food from Tel Aviv because he is from there. It brought back many memories when I was there, with the taste and smells being authentic.He was very proud to show me how he cooks each delicious meal from his spotless kitchen. The best part was that he actually had gluten-free breaded options so I could eat everything. He even had me try two different gluten-free flour options to see which one I thought tasted the best.I can not say enough praise for this great business owner and his staff than to go see for yourself. Tell them I sent you.

Ate there at Blacktooth Brewery. That Gyro was divine! Normally I find that gyros are loaded with too much sauce. But this one had so much flavor from all its parts and not primarily from sauce.The fries were also delicious! Seasoned well and not heavily salted. Perfectly balanced.I also found the prices very reasonable. Definitely going to go looking for where they're parked next!

Was so happy to be able to have some freshly made baba ghanoush. It was so good. It is a lengthy process to do it right and they did it just right. It was probably the best I’ve had. The gyros sandwich and Israeli salad was very good as always. Can’t wait till they make the baba ghanoush again.

Excellent, authentic and delicious food! Saw them at the Laramie Farmer's market and these people know their stuff and clearly enjoy what they do. Falafel was hot and flavorful and the topped hummus was practically addictive-- I will be tracking them down at every opportunity for another taste!

Stumbled across Noam's food truck at Black Tooth Brewing - it's great stuff! Super smoky and flavorful baba ganouj (probably spelled that wrong), great fresh hot pitas, zaatar fries, and Israeli salad. Everything was fresh and flavorful, not spicy hot but he had hot sauces on hand if that's how you roll. His gyros also look and smell amazing but I was just feeling vegetables tonight because of the heat. Great food to have with a beer, and like I said the baba ganouj was so good that I got more to take home. I'll be back for more next time I'm in town.
