Ive gone here several times and waited 20-30 minutes before a waiter will approach me. Its like they forget about their customers here, looks like ill have to go to fort Collins.

Chains are either hit or miss, this place is definitely a hit. Service was fantastic! Our server, Alexis G was on top of it, checked in with us multiple times, drinks were never empty for more then a few seconds, food came out fast, and it was great.

Everything from the spaghetti to the iced tea was great. I like sitting at the just like a sports bar. SERVICE was as good as it gets.
I live 40 miles away it is worth the drive!

I’ve never EVER been to an Olive Garden that had the kitchen staff singing. We were sitting pretty far from the kitchen and could hear them. They did not stop the entire time we were there. It was very annoying to hear. Worst Olive Garden experience I’ve ever had. I should add the soup had a hair in it.

The place was pretty busy but we got in and seated quickly, the food and service was top notch just what you need when traveling

We were seated at a table that needed to be wiped down and when we asked hostess, she just used her sleeve. The food was over cooked (sirloin tips over cooked and not tasty at all) and way small portions. We couldn't get server to get us our check or a to go box. Not an enjoyable dinner at all as we've had much better in the past.

Came to Cheyenne for a baseball tournament and left with a smile on a full stomach. The food was wonderful, and the service was exceptional. Even the manager came to ensure that the food provided for my celiac allergy was done correctly.
