Waited 28 minutes to get the order taken. Had two tables set after us they got their orders taken and served before us, same server. Food was cold and salads were old and rotten, we didn't eat them . Horrible service and food.

The season on the meats have a spicy taste which should not be put on a steak or pork chops. If we want Cajun season that should be our option not yours. I can see why business is slow and not busy go back to your original seasoning
The waitress was super kind. The food tasted really good. Found out when I got home that something I ate here really wasn't agreeing with my stomach. I guess there's a reason why I haven't been here in almost a decade.

Went here for lunch with my family, and we were seated and never saw our waitress for 20 minutes. Then when she finally showed up Took our drink and starter order and walked away. Came back with the starters and half of the drinks. Forgot the beer and margarita. Got our food and finally the other two drinks. Food was cold and beer was flat and warm. Told the server and she said she would take out food back and get a new one. We told her to take it off the bill, because we weren’t going to wait any longer. Start to finish we were there for over 2 hours, was our server maybe twice. Never saw a manger.

Very disappointed in the Outback . They did not have any Sirloin so that eliminated a lot of options . The service took two hours to get our order and food , bar drinks were about 30 min to receive, the service was terrible and the food was ice cold . The tab was almost $200 and was not good food . By far the worst experience ever

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food plate was dirty and, The staff was extremely lazy and inattentive. My baked potato was old and burnt, and to make matters worse, the server didn’t even bring me bread and butter, which is usually provided. The overall service and food quality were terrible. It was a sad and frustrating experience, and I will never return.
