This must be a joke. 4.99 plus tax for a French onion soup to go. Absolutely no cheese.. perhaps you should state that to the customer that the most traditional thing on this specific soup would be missing. Why not bake it in the clay pot then transfer the contents into the to go cup after it’s cooked. And the cup only being a third full. What an absolute embarrassment you really are. This should not even be a Togo option with how poorly it’s put together. Way to go Outback? Comparison of what you get when you dine in versus takeout. Such a poor representation.

First-time customer, but gonna be a long time repeat customer.
I was really looking forward to having dinner here. I was seated and told my server would be right with me. After about 5 minutes of looking in the menu I was ready to order. Other customers came in seated next to me and after now 10 min they were already getting drinks servedTo long for me. I told the front host what happened they apologized as I noticed now full seats in the bar getting served. I left very disappointed. I would not recommend this restaurant

Had to ask three (3) times for a take out box. Drink remained empty most of the meal. Server came with the bill abs said their card machine was down and they were unable to do anything. Ended up going to the closest convenience store, paying additional ATM fees and returning to leave. Will order from the Laramie County Sanitation Department before I ever return there!!!As a side note, the management still never placed a sign or advised incoming patrons that they were unable to process debit/credit cards.
We went to have a late lunch on our way to Lexington Nebraska. Our meal made fresh at the right taste. The wait staff was very helpful with refills of our drinks.

The steak was the best I've ever had! Our waitress was phenomenal. She refilled our glasses with water and even remembered to bring my water without ice. We had a great time. They had a holder for our baby carrier so the baby didn't have to be set on the floor in his carrier or have to sit on our laps. The only complaint I had was that I was a bit chilly, so bring a sweater.
Server seems sweet.Website would not work so sat inside since it was empty.Cooked (medium) steak completely wrong. Tiny, tiny amount of food for the prices. Soup was decent.

The food was amazing, but we didn't get our fries for takeout. We did for one order, but not for the other. It was an understandable mistake, but we live too far to go back and don't have time to dine in, so it was pretty disappointing.

Better steak elsewhere. Not only did they miss half my order. Put me on hold to the point I had to call back. Zero accoutability. Place needs new employees and management maybe even ownership. Might as well just close it up. Place keeps getting worse and worse. Thanks for reminding me why I dont eat here. One kid got to eat while the other had to wait for food. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
