I stopped in to order soup and a couple of baguettes, but was concerned by what I observed behind the counter. One staff member handling food did not follow proper hygiene protocols, and none of the others were wearing gloves while touching items meant for customers. When I raised these issues with the manager, she dismissed my concerns and said she was too busy to investigate further. I expected more attentiveness and accountability, especially when health and safety are involved.

I have regrets. Seems like all the seats were covered in food. Had to ask someone to clean off seats at a table for us. While eating we saw why - the girl was only cleaning the table tops and wiping any crumbs onto the seats before moving onto the next table. Bathroom in similar disrepair - without TP. Food was fine but over-priced for what you get - typical Panera these days. No need to return.

Ordered a tomato soup and grilled cheese. Can’t wait to eat the broccoli cheddar soup they wrongfully served me! No one greeted us or offered to take our order. So we ordered at the kiosk and they gave out the wrong food.

Clean and airy dining area but food, drink, and service were awful. Bagel was hard and stale, smoothie was not mixed long enough and there was nothing fresh about it just a frozen pre-made cup of bad ingredients. Service was nonexistent even though multiple employees were working.
