Ordered a tomato soup and grilled cheese. Can’t wait to eat the broccoli cheddar soup they wrongfully served me! No one greeted us or offered to take our order. So we ordered at the kiosk and they gave out the wrong food.

Clean and airy dining area but food, drink, and service were awful. Bagel was hard and stale, smoothie was not mixed long enough and there was nothing fresh about it just a frozen pre-made cup of bad ingredients. Service was nonexistent even though multiple employees were working.

Went through the drive thru for the first time actually. Ordered the pick 2 for my daughter along for myself. Was never asked if we wanted a choice for bread or apple and was never offered a drink. It just states on my receipt "no drink." If I am paying that kind of money for food, you better give me my drink She even asked if there was anything else. I asked if they had shortbread cookies anymore, she disgusting said no, pull up now.... Not impressed with that service at all

We were there during breakfast, and Jill, the general manager, took our order. She is one of the nicest people and has the greatest customer service! As always, Panera food always tastes good
