Farting Octopus

Manager refuses to acknowledge or call back. Employee was drying a wet broom on the food heating rack with fresh food under it. This is a food safety code violation.

I had a carry out order that they marked as ready on the app so I went in to grab it. It was not ready and I had to wait 15 additional minutes. During this time I sat and played on my phone while watching employees. It's clear they aren't trained on food safety.

I come here frequently, and I ordered tonight. I had the pleasure of being served by a young lady I hadn’t seen before, and she was amazing. She was very friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Great service like that is why I keep coming back.

Delivery the car was crashed up driver got out went to passenger door opened the door and picked up my pizza in the box sitting on the passenger seat with an order of wings then acted afraid of my lab not showing any aggression but as soon as he handed me my pizza he got aggressive with my dog I had to step in front of him thought I was going to get physical then he turned around and walked away good choice

Barbara the gal who helped w my order on the phone was very friendly and provided great customer service even being so close to closing. They had a door dash driver deliver and the driver was very friendly and they got my order correct and included parmisan cheese. Driver was very friendly with my dog 5/5 stars greatly appreciated close to after hrs delivery. Barbara at the restaurant was amazing and very friendly and helpful with my order. Delivery was quicker then estimated delivery time. I'd give 6/5;stars they went above and beyond thank you :)!!!

First off, they let my order sit for 1 hour until they closed. Second off, I had to call them twice; once 30 minutes after I placed it, and the second when they were about to close 30 minutes later. As a customer I should be let know. DoorDash or not (I didn’t even order off DoorDash and got transferred over.) 2 years ago this business ran well, without DoorDash. This business has fallen off and I no longer respect them. Not even for the peppers they serve with their sometimes delicious pizza. Haha, you guys were my #1. No more.

Gave the employee my name to pick up the pizza I had ordered on the app. The employee looked around with a puzzled look and said "someone stole your pizza." I said "no one stole my pizza. You gave it away to the wrong person." Something is not stolen when you willingly give it to them. The employee didn't first ask the other person the name on the order to confirm the correct person was there to pick it up. The employee did make me a new pizza but didn't offer a discount on a future pizza. That would have been nice since I had to wait around for the new pizza.

Arrived to pick up my order. They didn't have it. Gave it away to someone else already. They didn't ask for the name on the order. Just gave it away to someone who said they were here to pick up an order. So had to wait while they remade it.

Got home with a pizza with hardly any cheese, overloaded with onions, scant sausage/green pepper. I could barely choke any of it down, so most of it went in the trash. Ew.

Ordered a pizza for pickup and was told it would be 30-35 minutes. When I got to the store they told me it would be another hour.

1) don't tip credit card in store, the managers keep those tips
2) they refuse to fix the hand washing sink by the make line, it's only cold water
3) they charged us to keep us hydrated
4) they had an employee appreciation day they told customers the employees were going to get a percentage of and never did
5) they pay 12.50 an hour with no benefits
I put my time in there. Go to blackjack. It's better to their employees and their food is better too.
Ps Tim you got more problems you should be worrying about then ten minutes and a wrong shirt. But I guess we just don't see eye to eye. Pos

Garlic Knots were way over cooked and had no garlic flavor.. And pass on the boneless wings they are just cheap chicken nuggets with sauce. On the plus side I loved my grub hub driver..
