I ordered cheese sticks, they came with barely any cheese covering any of the bread . when i called to tell the manger about it ,he said “i don’t believe you, we put a cup n half of cheese on all our cheese sticks” and got upset.

Last 2 times I have ordered from this place, not only did they get the order completely wrong (forgot sides and forgot.to.flavor the crust), they forgot to include the extra sauces that I paid for. It is like their employees can't be bothered to read the order on the ticket. Even though it clearly says what I ordered on the ticket on the box!

I went in just for some small cheesestick. Waited patiently. Nice to employees. Complimented. They were very cool.Tipped.The one star is not against the employees, all 5. Onky for the supposed GM.While waiting in the lobby area. I'm hearing some guy complaining loudly about not getting promoted. Very unprofessional in front of a customer.My cheesesticks come out, and I go to the truck to take a bite. Completely un cooked and raw. Take it back in and show. Not complaining and courteous. The nice woman said, "That's not cooked." Then the same guy complaining about not promotes went off in a very unprofessional way. I had to say, "Sir, calm down. It's not a big deal. " Hands up like chill out. I even showed him. In culinary terms, this is called gunge. He specifically said we call it gell. I said so your admittedly saying it's not cooked."" So why are you yelling at a customer.FYI, my second job that I had 20+ years ago was at Papa John's. Now I am Head Chef. I know food and the restaurant business. He made me and even the employees uncomfortable in that moment, after complaining he didn't promoted. I wonder why. Plus, the guy is the general manager at this store. Should definitely be fired for this demnor to a customer. Most importantly, doing this in front of younger employees and new to the workforce. That is not an example that should be set by any " supposed general manager." Even leaving out the door, he was still going off. Way better pizza places here and don't have to deal with that.

Last night my son ordered a papa John’s pizza. 45 minutes later and still no pizza, as the guy I’m with watched as papa John’s delivery driver haven’t sons pizza to some other trailer. So, I called papa John’s on Lincoln way to get our pizza the employee tried arguing with means made no offer to make right. So I called papa Johnson sell range and complained to that manager. He stated he’d make the Lincoln way store make it right. I went ahead and bought a couple pizzas not trusting these untrustworthy people of this town. Almost 10 am and no pizza. Thanks papa John’s you weren’t favorite pizza. My poor boy never got his pizza he ordered. THANKS PAPAJOHNS! Update: papa John’s literally got back with my man and my sons pizza was delivered tonight, so they made it right with us, except Papa John’s employees didn’t deliver this pizza. So who did deliver this pizza.

I wish I could give them better ratings but it is chain pizza and while the staff was working hard to do theirs job the last two times I have ordered from them the pizza was over its time for pick up and had to wait the first time was almost 30min over and it was done according to the app and yet not even started when I arrived the pizza tracker is basically useless ?
I was having just truly one of the worst days, and not wanting to cook, decided pizza was the way to go. I'm usually not someone to write reviews, however, the manager Kacie, treated us with such kindness today - she went above and beyond for us and I just really wanted to say thank you. During such a tough day, it really made a difference, and we were touched by how wonderful she was. The pizza was great - the customer service was exceptional. We appreciate you!

They got my pizza wrong a few weeks ago, decided to try again and give them another shot….still couldn’t get it right. Almost like they just make random pizzas and send them to your house.

No one answers the phone, orders online get cancelled with no explanation, and if it says 30-40 minutes on delivery, it means at least an hour. Not worth the money. Go somewhere else.
