Perfect spot to enjoy a craft cocktail after our wedding rehearsal on a September day. Staff and owners showed us so much love. 10/10 recommend taking anyone and everyone there. Our sever Emily took care of an 8 top like it was nothing. Thank you!

I've been going here for years. The new owners are awesome. The employees even being new are so welcoming. I asked for an Absinthe fountain, and even though its like not on the menu, they hey accommodated us. This isn't the first time either they have. The devil eggs we delightful. I'd eat a dozen.

The service is spectacular. Servers made sure our water carafe was refilled. Mixologists know how to make their drinks. 👍 They'll make regular alcoholic beverages, too.
You can talk in a normal voice and be heard. Definitely will return.

While visiting from Denver, we stumbled upon Paramount Ballroom—and we’re so glad we did! This cocktail bar completely blew us away. The atmosphere was stylish yet relaxed, the service was top-notch, and the drinks? Absolutely incredible.
We’re pretty particular when it comes to cocktails, but the menu here was creative, balanced, and beautifully executed. Every drink we tried was a hit—thoughtfully crafted and full of flavor. It’s clear the bartenders know their craft and take pride in what they do.
It was also such a pleasure to see locals enjoying the space, which gave the whole experience a really authentic and welcoming feel. This spot has definitely earned a permanent place on our return list. Can’t wait to come back!

This is by far the best place to get a cocktail in town. The atmosphere is somehow lively and serene. You can lounge on a comfy couch with your friends or sit at the bar and converse with the talented bartenders. This is the place that Cheyenne is better for having.
