We had alcoholic beverages only.
Drink menu is outstanding.
Kinda a Dill Pickle (2 people, 2 drinks each) is savory
Stubborn Cinderella (1 person 2 drinks) is sweet
The service is spectacular. Servers made sure our water carafe was refilled.
Mixologists know how to make their drinks. đ
They'll make regular alcoholic beverages, too.
You can talk in a normal voice and be heard. Definitely will return.
Great coffee. We love how they converted a old movie theater into and coffee shop. Friendly service and peaceful place to relax.
While visiting from Denver, we stumbled upon Paramount Ballroomâand weâre so glad we did! This cocktail bar completely blew us away. The atmosphere was stylish yet relaxed, the service was top-notch, and the drinks? Absolutely incredible.
Weâre pretty particular when it comes to cocktails, but the menu here was creative, balanced, and beautifully executed. Every drink we tried was a hitâthoughtfully crafted and full of flavor. Itâs clear the bartenders know their craft and take pride in what they do.
It was also such a pleasure to see locals enjoying the space, which gave the whole experience a really authentic and welcoming feel. This spot has definitely earned a permanent place on our return list. Canât wait to come back!
This is by far the best place to get a cocktail in town. The atmosphere is somehow lively and serene. You can lounge on a comfy couch with your friends or sit at the bar and converse with the talented bartenders. This is the place that Cheyenne is better for having.
Have to say this was such a pleasant surprise and exactly what my wife and I were hoping to find local to Cheyenne. The drinks were creative, well balanced, and unique. Food was fresh and flavorful. Bartenders were insightful and welcoming. As new residents to Cheyenne, we will definitely be back.
Ordered the aviation drink and one other. Overall, pretty good. For a Thursday evening few people here. Relaxed atmosphere. Total price about $70.
Gorgeous place in the middle of downtown Cheyenne. Unique and tasty cocktails. Comfortable and upscale ambiance.

Loved this place!! Passed through on the way to Denver and was not disappointed. The food was delicious, the drinks were not too sweet (something they pride themselves in), and the bartenders were knowledgeable. John in particular was hilarious. Highly recommend.

Not much food to pick from, mostly small snacks, but the cheese board is great! Drinks are the best in town and the staff is awesome!

I finally got an afternoon off to enjoy some me time, decided to get some plant friendly snacks and treat myself a bit. Their menus online are not accurate at all. I was so excited to try several items and they, as it turns out, don't offer anything that was advertised. I was sad. I got the hummus, it was a valiant attempt at hummus. Oh well. Also: the phone number listed is not (answered) ? (Ever), I guess.... I called several times between 5 and 6 and if they'd answered the phone, I would have known they don't offer the appetizers anymore, I could have saved myself a trip. Lovely presentation though...

Iâm sorry but they just canât make a good cocktail. They are so focused on being âfancyâ and âboojieâ that they completely miss what cocktails should actually taste like. I mean, if you canât make a simple dirty martini then donât try all the floral upper market stuff. Get the basics under your belt first.

My wife and I went to this place in 2023 and really enjoyed our experience. The bartender was awesome. I would give this place five stars except that we went back again in 2024 and sat at the the bar and didn't get waited on for about 10 minutes. There was a larger party that had walked in just after we sat at the bar and they proceeded to serve every one of them before they even took our order. That's the reason I'm giving this place three stars now. Had we received good service this last time we would give them five. It's frustrating when you sit at the bar and expect great service and don't get waited on for at least 10 minutes. I doubt we'll be going back to this place because of that one experience, but I will say their deviled eggs are worth trying out. They have a huge selection of signature drinks that are very good. They use fresh fruit too! This year we tried two drinks that my wife and I both didn't care for, but that isn't the reason for a negative review. This is a place that I recommend you try at least once. It is quite expensive though. Drinks range from $11 to $15 per drink, but I would say that it's worth it. That's also a common price now in 2024.I'm not sure if they have a happy hour. They didn't open until 5:00 p.m on Friday, which is typically when you have a happy hour and we didn't see one.
