Since the first time I stepped foot in the restaurant I was amazed by the quality of the pizza! The friendliness of the staff! Loved everything about it 5/5 stars! ⭐️ would recommend to anyone who wants a great slice of pie!

We went to parkway to have dinner tonight and when we ordered we ordered one slice of cheese and a pepperoni roll for my son and my boyfriend ordered a slice of pepperoni with a pepperoni roll, I told the lady I would have the SAME thing as my boyfriend. When our food came out it was short of a pepperoni roll and a slice of pepperoni so my boyfriend went up and re-ordered a slice of pepperoni and another pepperoni roll. Then, only a pepperoni roll came out. He went up to the cashier for the third time and she said he didn’t order the slice of pizza with it when clearly I heard him order it from our table. At that point he was too frustrated and we ended up leaving and not getting what we ordered. It’s not the same as it use to be and we will not be returning. I regret giving parkway a second chance.

I hate to leave one star reviews, but the food here is not worth the money. The food was lackluster at best. I always take it as a bad sign when pizza places use canned mushrooms on their pizzas. Feels low effort and cheap. We had The Works and a slice of cheese pizza — the crust on both tastes like cardboard, the cheese slice feels and looks like it’s been sitting out all day. Bland pizzas, and not even the cannoli could save it. Won’t be back here unless quality improves tremendously — que pena

Ordered on door dash. Did not eat in restaurant. Pizza was so extremely thin, not crispy as described, no flavor, ordered a pizza roll, it was awful. Wish I went elsewhere. Never again.

The good: Kimbra is AMAZING and tried her best to make sure she did not for get about us. She alone is 5 stars.Now the bad: Friday night 2/9/24, we called in our order at 5:45 and were told that it would be ready in 45 minutes. We arrived at 6:20ish, paid, and waited and waited. We watched other customers come in and get their call ahead orders, as we sat waiting. As people came in to order they were told 45 minutes and then soon an hour and a half. By 7, we still did not have our pizzas. We were told several times that it was coming out soon. Finally by 7:20 we were able to feed our 5 small kids. Had we not already paid, we would have gone somewhere else to eat.The bad thing is this isn’t the first time we had an experience like this, in fact the last time we were there the owner lost his cool and started yelling at his employees because of how far behind the orders were.It is unfortunate that our favorite pizza place has gone down hill.This will be the last time we eat at Parkway. Apologies only go so far when you wait over 2 hours for your 2XL cheese pizzas.

The remodel looks great! The food is always delicious. But the service can really lack especially when they are busy, if you don't mind being patient, have a seat, watch a game or a movie on one of the tv's and just chill for a few. If you're in a rush, best of luck. I hope you called it in a while ago. But they are always kind and apologize for the long wait. I go in with the expectation of waiting, and I am always pleasantly surprised when they get my order out quickly.
I came here over the weekend and man, I was very impressed! Super clean, fast and friendly service, and the calzone I got was delicious and massive! Staff made this top notch though, they made me feel welcome and joked with me during the wait. The only critique I could say is I wish the toppings were as little more spread to the edge. However, sooo much cheese! Like.... So... Much... Cheese. It was delicious!-Superman

I've been here definitely more than once, and I've seen how this place has evolved from the last ownership to how it is now. The times I've been here have been inconsistent with the service, but I think I will talk about my most recent visit. Before a week ago, it had been about 2 years since I've last eaten here. First off, I will say their service has improved. The staff were quite attentive to my big family and made sure our order was correct. The dining room was well kept and clean. As always, the food was amazing. I love their pizza and garlic knots as well. I tried their cheese fries this time around, and they were delicious. I was quite satisfied with this visit and with how they have improved with their service. I now look forward to coming here and hopefully more often.

After eating a slice of pizza here, I’d have a hard time eating pizza from anywhere else, it was really that good. Wasn’t greasy or generic tasting, if pizza can be perfect, this place has definitely got it figured out. Jazz was great, very professional, polite and down to earth. Everyone there that I came across, seemed really cool. I will definitely be stopping by for a pizza the next time I’m in town, highly recommend
