Food was good and hot chocolate was hreat!! I wish they served alcohol is all!!! But just happy they are open so late because not much is!!! And who doesn't love food after the bars are closed?!?!

Perks: Kindest cook in the world. James deserves all the credit for basically running the place, and having a good attitude despite having other employees doing the absolute bare minimum possible. Give that man a raise, or a better place to work. Also it's 24 hours which is nice. Cons: A pretty unpleasant experience. James was basically the only one working. There were a couple other employees but one disappeared randomly and the other basically doing nothing except manning the Travel Lodge check in.... What??? None of the tables cleared or cleaned, food was mediocre, but that's not James' fault at all, because you could tell he's busting his butt on the grill. Atmosphere is terrible, overall bad vibes.
TL;DR just go to Denny's

We were so grateful to find the one place in town that actually WAS 24 hours! We had been turned away from 3 different restaurants in Cheyenne that said they were open 24 hours (or until midnight), but were closed when we got there.
Service was quick and friendly and so was the food. Cute, classic diner ambiance and menu. Penny's saved our hangry lives that night.

Service was great and prompt. Sibel is a great host and server. The cook did a great job on the breakfast. Hot and just enough. Not a huge portion, just right.
such a cute little 50's style diner! just one guy taking orders and cooking food, but he was very quick and very friendly! the food was exactly what you'd expect, not the best i've ever had, but just what i needed. and so cheap! all around great experience

Best place I've ever eaten at. If you imagine a diner that is exactly what this place looks like. The design of the entire building and the decorations are both so nice and cool looking. On top of that the food was incredible, and their shakes are life-changing. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!
