It was quiet and we were the only ones in the diner tonight, but that wasn’t a problem! The food was delicious and our waiter was friendly and very quick to help. If you’re passing through Cheyenne, this is a fun stop for lunch or dinner!

Food was great for a diner. Service was pleasant and a great find on our cross-country road-trip! (Millor, NE)

Jon did a great job. Food is good, no wait on a Friday at 6pmFried Mushrooms were cooked perfect and chocolate peanut butter shake was smooth.I mean, this place is awful, don't go here, I don't want a wait line to start.

Well we had a great time at Penny’s diner! We had such a good time we even bought a shirt. Jerry greeted us when we walked in. I was excited bc of the 50’s style of the place. He said we could sit wherever we wanted. Nice guy. John came by immediately and made me a special milk shake with Oreos. He knew the deserts off the top of his head and made my husband a delicious burger. Real fast too. He was so hungry from being on the road. John was so friendly and madeOur experience. Penny is lucky to have employees who enhance the experience and have pride is what they do. Thanks John for the hospitality. Us Canadians will be back!

Doubles as the front desk for the hotel next door. But the Chicken Fried Steak was great and affordable. ($11)

Watched a couple come in and sit down. No one helped them as the lady just stood at the counter doing nothing. They finally left. Pisses off. Apparently customer service isn't a thing here. The restaurant is also the hotel check in desk. So I think the hotel part is the only reason they are open. The cool is good but can't say much for everyone else.

I ordered the hash and eggs. It was sliced brisket mixed with hashbrowns. It was not what I expected. It wasn't bad, just different.

I found this place today while going on an errand. I knew it was here, but never investigated. I had my window down and could smell fresh hash browns. I had to stop. To my surprise, the young man who seated me was also the cook. I ate at the counter so I could watch him prepare the meal. He did a great job preparing my meal, the Rancher Platter. He made perfect hash browns, which is not easy to do. Then, I was interested to see how he handled over easy eggs. They were spot on along with the chicken fried steak. This is a 50's style diner with 50's music playing in the background. This is typical diner food, but it was well plated, made very well, and served with a smile and kindness. When I need breakfast comfort food, I will be back. I hope you will try Penny's and get the same service and fare that I received. And, they are open 24/7 unlike most other diners in the region.

It’s a cute little place, the waiter gave us menu’s and then cleaned multiple things, went and sat down and then outside to smoke. He wouldn’t take our order. I would take it you can’t be an interracial couple to eat here. I was disappointed because I was really excited to try a new place to eat! We ended up at Guadalajara‘s, they are friendly, have amazing food and waited on us.

Penny's Diner should go down in world records for how incredibly thin their bread is. Just look at it. How do they slice it so thin? Then, they burn it so it just crumbles. For real, the dude tried his best so we didn't complain. Our entire meal was less than $30 so, you get what you get. I can appreciate that. Cheap food. Thin bread.
