Ordered one of the deals through the app. The store delivered my pizza but had unfortunately run out of medium thin crust pizza so it wasn’t delivered, but Theo the assistant manager was able to upgrade me to a large pizza and get it delivered in less than 10 minutes!

I order pizza from there wings and Cinnamon sticks. The tavern pizza was horrible. I didn’t like it at all. It was dry and tasted like cardboard. I usually like Pizza Hut I’m very disappointed at the service. All they did was send another pizza and it had no sauce again and then they said there was another one with no sauce again I don’t know what’s going on over there but they need to fix this problem ASAP and I would like my refund too. I don’t ask for a refund but dinner should be a good time to eat dinner at night. With your family and enjoy yourself the way it is it’s so expensive nowadays I won’t come back there for awhile

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza yesterday and the pizza was terrible there was no sauce on the pizza and the cheese was hard and old so I called to have my pizza remade and still no sauce on the remade pizza this is the worst pizza I ever had at pizza hut very dissappointed!!!!

Place isnt what it used to be and not for the better. Ordered delivery and yet again the order was incorrect, the order went through the staff and the doordash driver and the order was still incorrect. Called and the manager and he made things right but had to wait over an hour+ to get the remaining items.

I ordered on-line through your app. and noticed Pizza was pretty late so I called to inquire. Was told it was already delivered so we went looking and found it left in front of our neighbors door. Brought it in and It was cold so I let the employee know that while still on the phone. Was told by his manger standing there with him to contract door dash.. I didn't order through door dash. Your company hired them.. you should take accountability for YOUR contract employees because that's what they are.
Pizza and pasta were cold when it finally showed up still waiting for the forgotten breadsticks to possibly show up. Not impressed with the service or the food. Domino’s has better service and food!

called to order a pizza on Pershing in Cheyenne and tried to use a coupon for delivery and was told they couldn't take the coupons over phone and I had to do it online. finally was able to get it to accept my order but there was no coupon code. so had to call again. this time I was told the only way to use the coupon was to bring it into the store. then they had 1 of the coupons as a special for only $1 more. but they were for 3 topping pizzas. I told her i needed a cheese pizza and she would not do it unless it was 3 toppings and I actually had to say no, I am not tripling the cheese. So you just lost my business tonight and any in the future.
