Ordered a pizza with sausage, green pepper and olives. When I picked up pizza, the odor smelled different. It had a sweet pungent smell. Bad sausage smells like this. I took pizza back, got no refund or even an in store credit. Manager defended the smell stating it was the green peppers and then a new blend. This store does not listen to the concerns of customers and I will not buy pizza here again

how can anyone in good conscience want to charge $40 for a medium pizza and six wings $40. there is no way that the cost of food is going up this high that is absolutely ridiculous that is like almost 100% increase in just a year year and a half..... and let that sink in guys a medium pizza with six wings to feed one person one meal $40

Lobby closed, no sign posted and had to call another store to get the corect number for the store, then we actively watched the employee ignore the phone until i smacked the door

I ordered one order of breadsticks when I came to pick up my breadsticks and no seasoning on them I paid for an extra sauce, had to go back in to get it once I realized my breadsticks had no seasoning and then since anything fell off as soon as I tried to pull one bread stick off be worst Pizza Hut ever Absolute crap.
Ordered from the website for delivery. Did you know they no longer have delivery drivers? Well me either! Website still says 25-30min for delivery. So I place my order then get a text saying doordash will be delivering my pizza. Originally it says my pizza will be here at 2:15pm no big deal. Then using the tracker provided I continue to watch my delivery time change. So I call the store. Oh there is nothing we can do. I am not the manager and she is not here. She will call you back. When my pizza did finally arrive at 2:59pm it was cold. Makes since since it was picked up over an hour before from the store. The dasher did apologize and say pizza hut gave him other orders to deliver first. Definitely won't be ordering from them again yo have food delivered now. I used to oder from the specifically because it wasn't door dash. Keep in mind that hot and fresh is no longer how you will get your food!

This pizza hut likes to fight with there customers instead of giving them what they want. When I got there they only gave me one instead of two that I ordered. I tried getting a refund but they wouldn't even give me that and threatened to call the police. If cayden is doing your order on the phone your order might be wrong. Please go to the other pizza hut instead of this one.

They messed up our order. Then they did not want to fix the 1st pizza so it was cold. They would not give us a refund. It was all our fault this happened like this. What happened to customer service. No one seems to know what that is any more. Don't go there unless you like to be up set to eat.
