Decent great pretzel bites, overstaffed a little bit but good to see kids out getting a job. Recipe seems a bit bland, but the butter helped make up for it. Be liberal with the salt! We wish there was more.
I go here at least every 2 or 3 weeks so I'm quite acquainted with this establishment. First off the food has always been great. Everything I get has always been correct, fresh and tasty. Their pretzels are one of the only reasons I go to the frontier mall still. I didn't give this place a 5 rating though because their customer service can be inconsistent sometimes.
