Pretzels in Cheyenne, WY

“I go here at least every 2 or 3 weeks so I'm quite acquainted with this establishment. First off the food has always been great. Everything I get has always been correct, fresh and tasty. Their pretzels are one of the only reasons I go to the frontier mall still. I didn't give this place a 5 rating though because their customer service can be inconsistent sometimes. At times when I go here they can be so friendly and other times I've had front counter people who are rude and don't seem interested in their job. I think management needs to work on that to get everyone on the right page. Other than that I'll always go back because of the awesome pretzels“
