QDOBA Mexican Eats

Great catering! They were so nice about it and even threw in some extra food.

For a fast food establishment, this is very good. They always give you what you want, including extras. A nice alternative to other fast food chains in Cheyenne. Their Ancho Chile Barbeque Burrito is really good

QDOBA on Dell Range is my favorite place to eat in Cheyenne! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the value is fantastic.

Dietary restrictions: Easy to eat gluten free! (Chips cooked are in shared fryer with gluten tortillas, though.)

I was just 86ed out of qudoba for some comment I made " in the last week" I haven't even been in the store in over a month.

Terrible customer service for a very slow day. Barely even acknowledged me. Also did not give me silverware in the bag for my pickup order.

Service depends on who is working that day. Some days, the crew is listening and somewhat courteous. The food is below average compared to other Qdobas in town including the states nearby. The chicken is either bland or overly salty. Kids like the pork but say it’s on the salty side. The guacamole needs a taste check prior to serving. I get that it’s free but if it’s included in the menu, get it right. It tastes funny according to the family. The veggies are a hit or miss. Some days, they do not have any lettuce and they tell you this at the end of the queue.

The bathroom is disgusting and tables are dirty. Food is on tables and on the floor and windows are filthy.

Windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in 6 mo. Lettuce for my salad was wilted. Steak and other ingredients had good flavor. Seating is very worn and ripped.

Clearly understaffed. Ordered online and arrived to find the order not even started. After waiting in line with everyone else, they could have just made my order then, but proceeded to make everyone’s order in line behind me first. Don’t bother ordering online as it took longer than the walk in process.

Very little food given. I've been to a lot of qdobas and I'm flabbergasted at how lil food she tried to give me had to ask for more and got charged to get a normal amount ?

Not a bad alternative Chipotle.

The only complaint I have is that my fajita veggies are always undercooked! Please just cook them for 3 more minutes so they're not practically raw.
