We love coming here for lunch and always have a very great experience. The manager, Jacob, is always friendly and quick to help with any questions or concerns we have.
It's difficult to rate this due to how I feel and with what happened. Our service has been awful from the server. Our table consisted of five people, once the first few items items of the dinner portion was delivered, it took we'll over 20 minutes to get all of the main dishes, we had to ask for our sides. Drinks got refilled once. The baked potato that was ordered as a side was undercooked.
Now, for the management side. The manager who I delt with was patient and definitely actively listening and did everything in her power to help make us happy. I won't go into detail on what she did, due to everyone's situation being different I don't want people to expect specific treatment. I give the manager I dealt with 5 stars.

Box mashed potatoes. And that is all I have to say about that. I do not have Facebook. Cheyenne, WY location. Husband and I wanted to enjoy a nice meal for Valentines day. Ordered mashed potatoes with our meals and was disappointed to learn they came from a box. (For those of us who don't eat processed foods, this ruined our experience). Also, the appetizer should come before the meal, and if it's calamari, it should not be rubber. Ref-GM021825T

We arrived on February 14th, anticipating a lengthy wait given that it was Valentine’s Day. Surprisingly, we only waited about 30 minutes for a table, which was manageable. Once seated, we quickly made our choices and placed our orders as soon as our drinks arrived. However, we found ourselves waiting over an hour and a half for our food. During that time, we watched several tables that were seated after us finish their meals and leave. Our waiter mentioned at one point that our order was “second to next, just missing a few items,” but as I observed, more than 20 meals came out from the kitchen before ours. After another 45 minutes, our food finally arrived, but the only contact we had with our waiter was when he refilled my husband’s water and repeated that our order was almost ready. He seemed to avoid making eye contact with us altogether.
When my lobster was finally served, it looked as if it had been brutally treated, with the shell cracked in a way that left sharp pieces to pull out of my mouth. Additionally, my cole slaw was served hot, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp the whole time we waited. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience. On busy nights like these, I would expect a manager to be checking in with tables, but we never saw anyone come by. $95.00 meal plus tip, terrible.

The food was great, the service was good...served the wrong side's, ambience is the same as all red lobster.
Walked in and there wasn’t that much people. Got a booth immediately. Our server Annabelle was really nice. We got our appetizers (stuffed mushrooms & crispy dragon shrimp) and both was delicious. For our entrees, I ordered the weekly special which was the shrimp and lobster. There was a lot more shrimp and a lil lobster tail which I didn’t mind actually. My bf got the create your ultimate feast and that was definitely a beast. He almost finished it but it was hella fulling. It was our first time trying Red Lobster. Wish we had it back home. Definitely worth it.
