Came in with the hubby for a quick lunch. Ended up getting a delicious meal that is enough for dinner too!!
Our waiter was super nice, gave us extra biscuits and food came out quick! Highly recommend the Salmon Bowl on the lunch menu! Won't be disappointed!

I’m on a business trip and I stopped into Red lobster in Cheyenne. I had Sam as my waiter. He was very polite, attentive and friendly. I prefer to be in and out when I dine and Sam did just that without making me feel rushed or like I was sitting there waiting on someone for long periods of time. I will be back and recommend to my other associates who travel to this location.

Red Lobster needs to step up their game. They need to offer some.more affordable meal options. Used to be a special treat to go here, now it's another restaurant, just more expensive.

This RL was cool 😎. The food was good. The salad was not salty. Idk why, but RL Ceasar salads 🥗 are salty, but this one was not. And it was fresh. Wish they had more non seafood items. But I was in the mood for the pasta/chicken, and it was good 👍

Red Lobster used to be somewhere you got dressed up to go out and have a nice quiet dinner. The music now is almost like being at a club. Loud and not fitting a nice quiet dinner. 😞😓

Exceptional! My wife have dined at Red Lobster, Colorado & Cheyenne, for years. The food & service has been good to very good. Last Tuesday, 07/01/2025, we dined at the Cheyenne Red Lobster and enjoyed the best of the best dining experience, any time, any place! As we walked in, we were immediately greeted in a genuine, friendly manner. The place was busy, yet everything was being operated so orderly and tidy. I thought this is going to be special, maybe there is a VIP or Royalty in House. Then, it just better, we were introduced to our Waitress, Stephanie, who treated us as were were the VIPs, as family. Stephanie's exceptional service brings great credit on herself and the Red Lobster Team. The service, food, and entire dining experience was the best!

We tried the Fort Collins location a few months back thinking the food would be better since the bankruptcy. It wasn’t. We figured we would give ya’ll one more chance… still no good. I had crab. It was cold, and they only gave me 3 legs for a pound. Hubby had the Admirals Feast- his lobster wasn’t cooked all the way, crab was cold. His sides and soup were okay. I’m sorry to say, but I don’t see Red Lobster being around much longer.

New Crabfest menu is AMAZING! We got the Mariners boil with old bay sauce 😍 so good. The service here was wonderful, even though they were clearly very busy and a little understaffed. The manager even came to check on us which I don't find often when eating out these days 10/10

We tried the mariners seafood boil and it was ok. Not great but not bad and definitely not worth $44. Potatoes were undercooked and not soft enough. Not enough seasoning so pretty bland. Crab was delicious! Very small amount of lobster. I had to ask for a side of butter and lemons for dipping my crab. I say save your money and go to an actual seafood boil restaurant. Service was good.

We had 6 people in our party. There was hardly any customers in the place around 6pm which was a red flag. I ordered fish and chips but with baked potato instead of fries. Fish was not at all crispy and flavor was bland. Potato was tiny with barely any toppings. I asked 3 times for more sour cream. I asked twice for drink refills for everyone. Service was super slow making the whole experience disappointing. We won't be back.

I went there hopeful to try their new menu and was very disappointed. Ordered a rum and Diet Coke, got a Diet Coke and it all went down hill from there. When you order something called a Crab BOIL, you expect it to be warm at very least when it comes to the table. For $50 we got corn straight out of the fridge and 2 crab legs. We ordered the new crabby stuffed mushrooms and at $14 we received six nickel sized mushrooms. Unfortunately, the new menu isn’t all its “cracked” up to be. Disappointed
