Not sure what's going on. I spent $8.32 on what was supposed to be 2 oz of Wheatgrass and $6.97 on what was supposed to be 8oz of Zinger. I received 1.5 oz of Wheatgrass and almost 3 oz of Zinger. The dip container doesn't hold 8oz of liquid. I tried to call several times to see if these changed because I used to order them quite frequently a yr ago. The sandwich was good?? I think I'm good though.

Well I wanna say first that the reason this review is so low is because I have been here an hour and all I ordered is a smoothie. Still no smoothie. Management left this poor girl to work alone at lunch rush while they went shopping. If I had known I would have not ordered. I don’t not understand how this could be the wait time for smoothie and if this was my lunch break and had wasted the whole time waiting for an order I would be very upset. Thankfully I was off today but still wasted over hour of my time. Management should know better. I would give the girl working 5 stars. She didn’t not fold under pressure.

I have given Ruby Juice 2 chances and will not give them a third. They’re supposed to open at 8am and I sat outside until 8:15 and had to leave to get to work on time.Today I went in at 10:00, nobody was in the restaurant, we stood for several minutes at the counter and could hear someone talking in the back. The young lady did look out to see us, but rather than saying I’ll be with you in a moment she continued on with her personal cell phone call and returned to the back. My friend and I stood for another half a minute and walked out. We went to Beach Please and they were wonderful! Great drinks and customer service at Beach Please.

Really gone downhill since the new owners took over, the drinks are nowhere near as good and the service is not nearly as friendly or quick as it used to be. Also there’s just one poor employee trying her best to cook and make drinks, which means ordering anything takes forever.

Overpriced and slow. 25 min for 2 small smoothies and over priced $21! Only one of two employees doing all the work while other one talks in her phone in back. While I like their smoothies, it's not worth the hassle. Wont be back PS my order was wrong, too

Good food. Panini was just okay. Salad was yummy. Have gone back since. Ambiance is just okay. Very basic. A lot of people just take their food to go. Clean.

Workers are super nice and answered all of my questions, I got a smoothie and a bowl, both amazing, would recommend this place to anyone, definitely planning on making this place a regular stop!

My friend and I got a ginger juice thing the other day. We watched it be made, and the girl making it didn't wear gloves, while she was doing prep work, put in cut up apples with the seed instead of coring it, didn't wash the carrots. The juicer wasn't cleaned at all. It was just nasty. The drink was hot not chilled like juices should be. The flavor of ginger was an after note. I warned my friend not to drink it, and she did. She offered me a sip, and needless to say it tasted like I thought it would nasty. I could taste the dirt from off the carrots, and needless to say I was fighting my stomach for hours after taking less than half a sip. I don't recommend this place.

Delicious drinks and fabulous service. I didn’t get the name of the person working today but she went above and beyond and had a big smile on her face. We had a bad experience earlier this afternoon and she made our day! Will be coming back the matcha green tea is delicious and the smoothies

It was raining and we were sitting outside at another place for lunch with our dog, the owner came over and told us we could bring our foood and dog into Rubys so we wouldn’t have to continue to eat in the down pour. Their hospitality and kindness were amazing

This review should have been written 2 yrs ago. Me and a friend enjoyed a delicious vitamin smoothie. It was blended perfectly, and tasted so fresh. I grabbed a avocado wrap on the way out for lunch?It was fantastic. I would recommend this smoothie shop??
