Room was infested with ants, food was less seasoned and more overcooked than a cheap nursing home, twenty dollars for a double crown and coke, Safe didn't work. It was sad and bad. Never again.

It was a very quant and cute! Service was great. It wasn't busy which made it very intimate feeling. The server put us in “the best booth” and made us feel so special. The food was delicious. We both had the special which was the caesar salad with blackened salmon and the prime rib with mashed potatoes and veggies. So good! Thank you for a great experience!!

Zero seasoning. Rare prime rib was past well done. 20 dollars for a double crown and coke. I have had better Mac in a tv dinner. Paying what I paid was frankly an insult to how hard I work for my money. I will never be back. Ever.

Dined outdoors for BBQ event. Great atmosphere with music. Slow waitstaff. Long wait for water and utensils. Ordered BBQ ribs. Disappointing. Poor cut. Overdosed with dry rub. Lukewarm. Buffet items were lukewarm too. Famous bread pudding was inedible. Cookies were tasty.

The service was fantastic. Restaurant was super clean and wonderful. It would have been nicer to have dim lights and perhaps at least a battery operated candle on the table. It felt much like eating at a fancy cafeteria. Didn't absolutely love having to get up to go to the buffet to put the food in our plate. Nonetheless, we would definitely return.

The Patio is beautiful, so quite and intimate expecially after the caos of Frontiere Festival ? Very vernice buffet. For what it concerns the Grill, my husband had gorgeus pork ribs, my hamburger on the other hand was quite "sad" looking, with supermarket bread...

The taste of our appetizer and meals was very good. However the quality of the Ribeye steak(1/2 thin and not tender enough) I had was very disappointing, especially for the price of $38. I can buy a far better ribeye steak (tenderness/thickness) from King Soopers grocery.

Chicken was burnt, potato's had no flavor, rolls were warmed up in microwave and hardened so they were inedible, no water refill and all the huge moths crawling on the window right next to our table. This was a one and done for us! We should have realized this was not a good choice by the lack of patrons when we first walked in.

Waitress was slow, we had to ask for refill on drinks. Food was ok. Prime rib was almost all fat or inedible. Desert was mediocre at best. Have been coming here for years, but this is my last visit. Hope this improves

Never disappointed. Hathaway's buffets and holiday events are superb. Great food, with amazing selection. The ambiance is elegant but not stuffy, making it work well for couples or families and casual to dressy. Excellent and friendly wait staff. I highly recommend Hathaway's.

We arrived and were seated quickly, appeared to be 3-4 staff working. We were brought menus and water, then someone came to take order. We were never offered drink menus or asked if we wanted something other than water. We aren't local, so we thought maybe they didn't serve alcohol and we don't do soft drinks. My husband ordered the lamb, medium. I ordered trout, but we were told they didn't have trout or salmon (salmon and trout were both listed on my menu, but my husband's menu didn't even list one of those). I ordered the pesto pasta instead. We were each brought a roll and at that time my husband's water glass was already empty and it wasn't filled until after they came to clear our roll plates. The food came and my pasta was fine, not something too hard to mess up. My husband's lamb was WELL done, very well. No pink in sight. Halfway through our meal a couple other tables were seated and they ended up with beer and other drinks at their table. We weren't going to ask at that point, we nearly finished. We had looked forward to going here but thoroughly disappointed with half the food and service.

There was one poor person working the dining room the night we went. She was seating and waiting tables. , so the service was slower. The menus in our party were different. Two showed Trout and Salmon. Mine showed no Trout, but did have Salmon. Needless to say, they had neither available. Why even have them on the menu? The last time I dined here two years ago there were no seafood options, despite having them on the menu! Overall, a pleasant experience and the ribeye steak was very good!

Last year was a lot better, that was why we went back. The food choice was more limited, price went up (of course like everything else but it went up considerably). The quality of food went down, the servers were friendly but very unsure in their way of serving. The children were running around and it was very noisy, all in all, I was very disappointed and expected more for what I was paying, way overpriced. Not going back next year.

Expected the Christmas buffet to have more of a variety better quality and replaced food dishes instead of 3/4 empty or totally out. So disappointing with the cost of $89 . Will not attend another Christmas buffet. On a highlight , ambience was nice and waitress attended often. I'd highly recommend reviewing your cost for what you served today. I'd also recommend better quality meats and cooked veggies and more to offer.
