The food was good, as always. Our server seemed to forget us. After a very long delay and a reminder from us, she checked on our order. The fries and onion rings were completely cold. She did replace them.Wheelchair accessibility: My wife normally uses a walker. We didn't even try to get it in there. A wheelchair is impossible.

Good Food, but Atrocious Service. They said they were “running low of take out containers”, so they wouldn’t let us order a meal that required two take out containers.Clearly just didn’t want to have to prep two takeout containers to go, I’ve worked in enough restaurants to know this was the Hostess, Servers just being lazy, I have a disability and can’t eat in public places that are noisy. If they really are out of takeout containers, go to the restaurant next door and ask if you can buy a stack to get you through the night, this is not an excuse. Both Hostesses were just standing around chatting away, place was empty, one could have gone across the street to prevent this from happening. I don’t think a GM or Owner would be happy at the lack of effort to accommodate a repeat customer, they even insultingly said “come back tomorrow if you want our food” in a condescending voice.I regularly drive through Cheyenne for work and stop at this place, as it’s right across the street from my AirBnB. I must spend $500 monthly here minimum it’s the only place I eat in Cheyenne. They’ve lost my Business forever, because of an arrogant Hostess.

Food is good for the price. They definitely have huge servings, so bring your appetite. I recommend getting a bowl of jambalaya. It's so good. The service was top-notch during my visit. I couldn't have asked for a better server. I have a finicky kid who has autism. She catered to his quirky needs on ordering his meal the way he likes it. It made me happy to see them go the extra steps for him. I will definitely be returning here. My only negative is the menu. The menu is huge and has so much content that it can get a little overwhelming deciding what you want. You'll need a few minutes to read through it all.
