I honestly don’t understand how anyone could give this place a 1-star review. Every time I visit, the staff is always super nice and welcoming. Plus, the white mocha blended drink is REALLLLLY good—definitely a favorite of mine! I absolutely love Scooters and would most definitely recommend it to anyone. The only small constructive feedback I could give is that the drink consistency could be a little more uniform across visits, but even then, the white mocha still always hits the spot. Overall, this place is great, and I’ll keep coming back!

I love Scooter's, and I'm sure to stop every time I'm near one. So convenient, so much variety, and always delicious! Definitely a step above a Dunkin', and a more hometown vibe than a Starbucks.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of alternative options (i.e. milk alternatives, sweeteners) and very transparent menu. Employees have always been very knowledgeable about ingredients and are able to make sound recommendations!

Do not come here worsted franchise location ever they are not friendly and refuse to accommodate someone that has a disability then say they are not allowed to do that but just did a few hours ago... they also say that there Manager doesn't allow it. Then why sell reusable cups if you aren't allowed to use at all location and get an additue with the customer then get snippy because the customer gives one back.. this is by far the worst location I have ever been to.. they also never get my order correct..
