I dont like to leave bad reviews. Everytime I go here I always have issues. I try and give it a chance everytime and it's terrible.Coming in the host was great he was friendly and polite.The waitress had nothing but negative excuses when we asked things. We ordered everything and then the food came out wrong one of the order for my kids was never even served. My husband's sausage was not cooked. The cook or manager came out and tried to yell at me When I was trying to explain what was going on. In which he was wrong but couldn't take 2 seconds to listen to me.

I had the worst experience at Shari's on E. Lincolnwood earlier this evening. The service was ok, but, the food was awful! I had the chicken & broccoli & rice casserole -- the chicken had a charred taste, & the whole bowl was dry & disgusting. It will be a long time before I consider going back there! :(

Door dashed a meal from here. Salmon was raw, fruit was rotten tasting, and checken noodle soup was nothing but broth. Highly do not recommend.

Had a great breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. Service was fairly fast and definitely friendly. The biscuits and gravy did not disappoint, biscuits were large and housemade, the gravy was hot and thick and loaded with sausage. I would also suggest getting the hash browns loaded.

You gotta try the stuffed hashbrowns, they were awesome. I can't pick just what was the best part of the meal, it was all great and left me full and happy. I love this place and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great sit-down meal any time of day!

Served cold chicken. Cold hash browns. Sausage that was literally hard as a rock. Found hair in my son's food. Manager would not speak with us. Waitress offered us a pie or a discount. Wouldn't even remake food. I will be calling the health inspector first thing Monday morning. Called after we left for corporate number and was hung up on by manager. Dennys to the rescue.
Talk about dissapointment!!! Horrible food, dirty plates, dirty restaurant, non existent service. Manager couldn't care less about the fact that I sent the food back without touching it because it looked like someone vomited on my plate, all I ordered was eggs Benedict. What the hell happened to this restaurant!?! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!

Place has gone down drastically over the last three years. Today was probably the last time we will eat at this location.Order was quick and timely. Then it was down hill from there. Weak, cold coffee with no refill. Food was served up on smudged, dirty plates. Asked for ice water which we never got. Waitress was devoid of any emotion character. Manager could have cared less with the canceled order.We had intended on getting a Dutch apple pie to go but after a failed meal, Albertson's down the road provided better quality controls to what this Shari's could offer.With the visual termite damage on the exterior and lack of cleanliness of the interior, the local health department would have a field day during inspection.Not sure what has happened here but definitely on their way to shutting the doors permanently.

So my husband and daughter ordered blt...omgosh that was a sad blt one strip of bacon the scrap of a lettuce leaf and hey ware is the rest...and my turkey club sandwich had old lettuce and all bread with fries thrown on top so you can't see there is no freaking turkey ..sad for 63 dollars I should of had a whole turkey and the butt load of bacon. Never again ...Sad place .
