The food is good . My favorite is the Philly cheese steak and their salads are a good size portion. Plus they deliver up to 3am!!

Sam is truly a rare kind of worker these days, his customer service goes above and beyond, he’s great at multitasking and makes a delicious sandwich all while laughing and making jokes. He provided a very positive atmosphere just by his personality.

First time experience and was not disappointed! I had worked a 12 hour shift, then rushed to Bible study. Halfway through, my stomach reminded me that I hadn't eaten all day. It was late and I was searching for something quick and healthier than the typical fried or mystery meat fast food options. Silver mine was close and the menu looked promising. Upon arrival, Sam was very friendly and welcoming despite it being late in the evening. He was incredibly knowledgeable about their menu options and their health conscious choices. He was able to maintain pleasant conversation while staying on task and I received my food faster than I would've in a drive thru. The establishment was clean and well maintained as were the employees. The credit card processing system could use an upgrade, but other than that, this business and it's staff far exceeded expectations and I am all too eager to bring my business here again!

Me and my roommate came in today and Sam helped us find our new favorite items on the menu. The restaurant was clean and the food was prepared for us quick and the quality was good and tasty! Highly recommend trying them out!

Manager was really rude unfortunately and got mad because I was paying with cash and card. honestly idk why because I went the other day and paid the same way except they didn’t have a problem with it. maybe better customer service with the manager and this place isn’t bad. (This is my first review too btw) the other employees are nice though.

Tried to use my points but either I messed up or the app did, went to the store and show them that it withdrew the points but didn't allow me to place the order. The store honored what happened.
Always a quick and easy choice for dinner, especially when it's just me. It's my go-to place when I don't have my kids. I never have to wait when I pick up my to go order. They always have it ready when I get there, and it always so good!!!

Food was bland, I know it's just sandwiches, but it didn't taste like anything. And for $12 a sub I expect more. Paid 30+ for 2 small subs a brownie and a pathetic amount of potato salad.
