I order from here up to 3 times a week and tonight it was not anywhere close to good. Bread was cracking hard and dry. Sub had Caesar dressing for some reason, no ranch. Chicken was chewy in the wrap and sub. No dressing in the wrap at all? On top of that the coupon code didn’t work on the website… Pictures show the bread quality and the Caesar dressing in the cripple creek. Wrap was tiny missing ingredients and not wrapped, see picture. And also very dry and cracking. District manager said he refunded my order but that has not happen. Imagine losing a loyal customer over 26.00$ it is what it is I suppose.

First time having this food....excellent, excellent, excellent....ordered the outlaw and it was delicous....also ordered the steam engine...excellent also....bread is great....the pastrami was excellent....the sauce on the meatballs was perfect....will be ordering again!!!!!

I went in and got silver city sub on a Friday day. Event though I went a little early, they still serve me, with a friendly staff and the sub came out fast. Good

I ordered a very late night sandwich tonight after work and in my special requests box, I asked that my sandwich be a little extra heated at the shop before delivery so that I could avoid the microwave at 230am and risk waking my extremely exhausted roommate. I knew a knock or doorbell would happen so I sat outside to wait for the delivery. The driver saw my note on the order and recognized I was trying to be quiet and respectful so instead of knocking or ringing the bell, he called and let me know he was here.It seems so unimportant but honestly, I immediately recognized the level of customer service I was being given and I'm incredibly impressed.Im always happy with my food from this location, but I'm even more impressed with their customer service
