yall are so cheap for making the military discount only 10% now. don’t have a military discount in a military town then!! just like everywhere else yall are stingy with it as if these people don’t serve our country day in and day out. even your employees called the owners stingy
We had the worst time trying to order food. The person taking our order kept saying they couldn’t hear us. The truck next to us was too loud and we couldn’t do anything except go through the drive through. Once we got through, our order was wrong, short one drink and then all the wrong sizes.

On march 15 2025 went to pick food and the manager was very rude and short tempered and not a very pleasant person to deal with if she doesn’t like here job then she should find a new where customer service is not involved will not go back again I advise others as well as I was waiting there was a couple of door dashers that showed up and she treated them the same way
Horrible place! Slow and under staffed!
If you're craving a Sonic Blast, save yourself the disappointment and hit up McDonald's for a McFlurry instead. I ordered the Turtle Truffle Sonic Blast, and what I got was a sad cup of vanilla soft serve with about four chocolate chips floating around. If I wanted plain ice cream, I wouldn't have paid $5.66 for it.

Worst service ever!! If you do an order on the app and show up when it says you’ll still wait for 30 minutes or longer and that’s just for drinks!! I don’t know how they stay in business!

Double cheeseburger with jalapeños. Both patties were almost raw. Burger slid apart just gross. Hamburger same way patty almost raw barely warm just nasty. Tater tots overly salty and barely warm.
Maybe stick to slushies.

This place is great now that Erica is not running it, the new manager knows what he's doing and keeps it clean and fresh the carhops that he kept are doing a swell job and I can finally eat here again without criminal employees and filth yay new sonic manager !!
This has to be the slowest Sonic in America. No one answered the take out screen so I went to the drive thru and literally waited for 35 min to order and wait for my food. So ridiculous. Hire more people or something this is unacceptable. Never coming back to this location.

This has to be one of the worst Sonic locations. SLOW service even when you are the only one there. When you finally get your food it looks like they threw the ingredients in a bag and shook it before giving it to you. This is not a one off experience, this as been every time I’ve been over the last 3 years. Admittedly I don’t frequent this place because the first experience was awful.

Must be something wrong because I was given wrong order or missing items most of the time I ordered online. This time I ordered double chese burger combo with lime coke and add 3 pack of ketchup but got a burger without pickles, regular coke and no ketchup. Last time i ordered extra pickle and was given none. I like your food that’s why it’s still 3 stars.
