I travel with work. I go to Starbucks every single day. It’s one of my pleasures in life. I order the exact same drink each time and have for years. Yesterday I had the worst service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. Stephanie, who has waited on us before and is pretty consistently rude. Makes my drink, it was incorrect. My drink is four shots with an inch of steamed sweet cream. It came out and was incorrect, she didn’t steam to cream and it was very small. I asked if the drink could be made correctly. The next time she gave me 8 shots. I kept asking why I couldn’t have what I ordered. The young girl that was training told me they tried to make it correct the first time, so now this is what I get. I kept asking why I couldn’t just have what I ordered. I left. The drink tasted terrible so I threw it away. Stephanie is very unfriendly, slow and seems to have a chip on her shoulder. The trainee didn’t even know how to take an order, which is understandable but her braisen rudeness is not.

My daughter and I stopped in for quick shopping and decided to get a hot chocolate. Alexis lit up with excitement to make them for us and I must say, Hands Down BEST hot chocolate we have ever had! She made them with a special touch! Thank you Alexis! You are Amazing!
Associate refused to remove cheese from my sandwich. Said it was against policy even though I ordered the exact same thing yesterday and the week before.
