Teara their employee deserves a raise. Such a pleasant welcoming robust and cheerful attitude on her. These are the type of people you want in customer service PERIOD.Parking: It's at an Albertsons so plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It's an Albertsons so they to my knowledge are all wheelchair accessible.

The last three times I have gone they have made me drink wrong, and it isn’t even complicated. It’s either they give me the wrong size or wrong pumps (it’s visibly noticeable) and just this morning I finally told them it was wrong and she didn’t fix it :/ and of course I don’t actually know how to get ahold of starbucks. I also ordered food the other day and never received it and then when a I tried to get a refund they wouldn’t give it to me.

Oh yeah never go to this place, and I mean never. So I order the pumpkin chai they had on their fall menu through doordash, and might I add it didn't say anything on the starbucks app nor doordash about being out of chai tea. I'm just so happy that they made me a random drink and slapped a label on it that said "pumpkin chai tea" and handed it to my dasher. When it arrived I noticed the color was wrong immediately, and after tasting it I realized it was coffee. Mind you the label said chai so I assumed it was correct. This is blatant false advertising and I am very upset with the business right now. Oh and I cant even get a hold of them because surprise, their phone lines are down. I'm am very confused and disappointed in their service today.

How is it this place is always out of flavors? It's a digital sale system order more for Pete's sake, you literally can forecast demand based on previous sales data. Can't stock high turnover items but asks for tips are checkout. Minimum effort minimum wage.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location, and my order is always correct. Staff are friendly and this location is always kept where very clean.

Typical SB kiosk, where it's very likely that the baristas are under-payed and under-valued. However, the gentleman who helped me was awesome and went above and beyond in making our drinks. Place was clean and decently stocked as well.
