Everyone is very attentive to you. They really know their coffee, especially when they prepare the perfect matcha tea , and the espresso delicious and strong. Cafe Mocha is perfect better than Sacramento California Starbucks. I've been at several there, not as good at this Albertson's

I would refer this location for just an on and out spot. Or to grab you a drink prior to starting to shop for your groceries. It's inside of Albertsons Grocery Store. I haven't personally ordered here yet, so I can't speak on their hospitality or quality of food and drinks. My best friend came to town so we stopped here to order drinks to sit in and talk a bit, but there wasn't ample seating.

Amazing customer service tonight from the employee who had just come in to her shift. She visibly had prepped for work and got slammed without stock up front- and was still making excellent drinks and keeping up with customers all by herself. I didn't get a receipt so I didn't catch her name but she made my son and I's drinks perfectly and was so friendly.
I had ordered a large HOT peppermint mocha coffee and when I got it was ice cold and when I told the lady it was cold she tried to blame her co workers even tho she made the coffee usually I love going to this location but it has gone down hill

I witnessed a Starbucks customer waiting to have his oder taken, when all 3 baristas left the counter with him standing there. Not one of the 3 young ladies working there even acknowledged him. Sorry group of employees. They should ashamed of themselves.
