Placed on online order. Went inside to pick it up. Waited 20 mins before saying, hey, can I get my order? They then said they were out of sweet cream and had to make some. On top of that, I watched someone make my drink with whole milk when I asked for oat. If I had not been there, I would not have known and the wrong milk would have been used. Really unfortunate, but typical Cheyenne customer service.

Brought my mom and my aunt who drove from Colorado. Two baristas were mocking my mom and laughing at her, she ordered an iced caramel macchiato and there was no caramel in it and I asked very politely if she could add more caramel and she rolled her eyes and then she and her friend started laughing. They kept the drink back with them for about five minutes before I went back to ask for her drink. Very very unpleasant and will never go back to this location again.

I would like to start my review by letting people know that this review is strictly most current experience with this Starbucks. I have come to this Starbucks in the past and I have had great experience with them.
I will start by saying that I am a vegetarian. I like coming to Starbucks because they have an impossible sandwich (a vegetarian version of the sausage breakfast sandwich). I do not expect the store to always carry them. Therefore I always ask if they have impossible sandwich available. During this particular event, the male working the drive-thru line confirmed they had the sandwich. I was charged for an impossible sandwich, the bag that the sandwich was in said impossible sandwich and I confirmed with the male server at the beginning of my order if they had the impossible sandwich.
My family and I drove off. I bit into the sandwich and I automatically knew it was meat. Eating meat cause food poising for me (throwing up, upset stomach, trips to the bathroom for hours). My husband called the Starbucks location and they claimed that I agreed to get a meat sandwich. This is absolutely ridiculous because I would NEVER agree to eat something I know will get me sick.
We went back to the coffee shop and again they said it was a “miscommunication.” Let me be clear, the male server never asked me to switch the sandwich or inform me that they didn’t have any. I was charged for the impossible sandwich and their package said it was an impossible sandwich.
The store didn’t even refund the price I payed for the sandwich, they were short. I had to come a second time and show them that how much I paid.
I didn’t get an actual apology, they kept downplaying the situation, and the male server never admitted to his mistake. This absolutely speaks poorly of their employees and management. Mistakes happen, I completely understand, not once did they say it was a mistake and truly apologized.

I have never had an issue with this starbucks and it is always my go to. Well not anymore, I never have issues but my sandwich looks horrible. Is this mcdonald’s? How did I acquire an extra piece of bread on my bacon gouda? They also forgot my caramel drizzle and my drink tastes awful. Thank you for ruining my friday. :(
