Perhaps the worst coffee I've had in the last 10 years. Tasted like they use unclean utensils. Better coffee at any convenience store and half the cost.

I go to Starbucks almost every day. I went in today and ordered a grande pike and asked to make sure it was hot. I have got in the habit of making that comment due to it being lukewarm too many times. Today it was hot but watered down. Can’t they get a simple order of black coffee right!!

Tired of having to ask for a sleeve on my drink I order extra hot. You would think for a $9.42 drink they can provide a sleeve. I'm all for saving the planet but my hands need a little saving too!
I’m pretty sure they messed my order up on purpose three days in a row for being a straight male. I thought it was just a mistake but I can take a hint. They have a huge LGBT flag up. I asked for extra shots of espresso and they gave me basically milk every time I came in. Now when I go in with my fiancée I don’t even bother ordering anything.
When your stores temporarily closed, blocking off the drive through or putting a sign at the speaker is probably a good idea instead of having lines form and wait because you only put a note at the drive through window

Doordasher customers beware: I've never really had an issue, but I've never really had an issue before, just call the restaurant before your doordasher picks up your order. Cause I asked for the Venti HOT peppermint mocha since it's like 10° outside, and I got the iced one. Not a huge deal, but was super excited for the hot one. For almost $20 I expected the hot one

Our office frequently goes to this shop at least 2-3 times per month in which we spend anywhere from $75-$100 per trip as we purchase drinks for all of our employees. This trip, I just happened to be the one making the run. I handed the cashier my list of drinks, she rang it up, I placed a generous tip in the jar, and I waited. Drinks usually have the "name" on each cup, but when I returned to the office I discovered no names were labeled. (My error for not checking and just "assuming" it was done as usual). I called & spoke to Geri. She told me if I didn't "ask for it" they won't do it. I was trying to explain that they usually do it, as we go there quite often, but as I was still talking, she hung up on me. We will not be returning to this shop.
I just went to the drive-through and ordered Almond milk with my drink and received Soy instead. So disappointing.

First time checking out the Del Range one, we went in, service was awesome and they were busy in drive through. I got a cold brew with Carmel, but they had forgotten the Carmel. It was good, I didn't realize it was missing anything 'till I was halfway through though so. ?♀️ Still. A cute little Starbucks.

WORST service! This (stand-alone) location in Dell Range has made me hate Starbucks... Cashier can't focus on customer and takes wrong order and instead of apologizing she argues. And the wonderful mood was spoiled not so much by the wrong order, but by the bad attitude towards the customer... And I know for sure that in the near future, or ever, I will not want to go there again...

Good coffees
Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, my drink did not come with whipped cream, caramel sauce or the ribbon crunch. All I got was a blended drink, if I wanted it all blended I would've asked. The whole point of getting this drink is to get the stuff that comes with it. Spent 10.34$ on this drink to not even get what I ordered. All I really got was sweet slush. Nor did I even get refunded for this.
Our go to chain when we are traveling because they open so early! This location opened at 4:30 am...perfect for hitting the road early or that early start to the day. Great service and friendly staff! If we are evervin town again we will definitely stop by!
Parking: Parking lot is not very big so can be difficult with a large vehicle.. also, a little more difficult to get a large vehicle through the drive through. We have a large truck (4 door with an 8 foot bed) and the drive through was a bit of a challenge!
