I am VERY disappointed, Was very ready and excited for my holiday coffee this morning and this is what I got. If I wanted less coffee I would have ordered a smaller size. I would understand if it was just a little bit missing, maybe there were just short. But an entire half of a cup is insane to me. To think they made it saw it was only have full and still decided to just give it to me like that.

Our drinks didn't taste right...mine was watered down/possibly burnt Expresso..the workers were nice..I just didn't complain to have them change it..

I was excited to get my holiday drink today! But, this is how full my venti was. That’s a lot of drink missing. If i wanted less drink I would order the smaller size. Overall, just pretty unimpressed. They saw how short the drink was and simply didn’t care. Glad I paid for venti and got a grande!

I am very dissatisfied with the experience I had with the store on Yellowstone in Cheyenne. They usually do pretty well but today I ordered the same things I order every time I go in and neither drink I ordered was made to my specifications. I’m sorry but when you’re paying almost 10$ per drink I expect it to be made correctly.
I absolutely am obsessed with the cup selection like who isn't but I found the sparkle matter black thermos and I'm living for it. Its a little backed up because of the influx of people from other locations being closed but the awesome and patient employees went above and beyond for everyone in the building and drive thru.

The best location for a coffee when headed through cheyenne. It might be a little off the beaten path, but it’s your last chance for a while if headed north!
