They charged me twice and didn't see that till I got home i tried calling them they dont answer their phone so if that ever happens to you dont waste your time calling . Im going to go see the gal who did that.

Their new manager Maddie is amazing, she does well under pressure working the store all day alone. Her customer service is very nice as you don't see that a lot anymore. She made my sandwich perfectly and was very polite and helpful with suggestions when I didn't know what would go well together.

Just waited 5 minutes for the guy to come out from back. He put on gloves and started my sandwich, then said "hang on" and answered his phone with his gloves still on. Unsanitary, disgusting, bad service.

This is the last time I give this subway a chance. This was the second time I have walked out while they were making my sandwich because of how utterly unsanitary they are. I have an autoimmune disease, and I don't like people being complacent while touching my food. First, the preparation area was disgusting. Then while she's making my sandwich, sits the meat down on the disgusting counter. When I try to tell her that that was disgusting and unsanitary, she looks blankly at me and keeps making the sandwich as if I didn't just tell her that was disgusting. So I told her never mind and walked out.This is how people get sick, get food poisoning, and how people with compromised immune systems end up in the ER.Unacceptable!!!Also, she didn't even wash her hands before touching the gloves she was going to wear to prepare food.

I tried calling but you don't answer, so I will do this online. Was shopping and picked up a sub to take home. When I opened it the sandwich was covered in oil. The bread was soaked and all you could taste is oilSo I couldn't eat the sandwich. It was a footlong and they aren't cheap. Let your people know a little oil and vinegar. You couldn't taste the vinegar all you could taste was oil even the meat was soaked in oil. It was not a good experience.

Came by just now to get a couple sandwiches, girl behind the counter just stared off into nowhere and had to ask if I could order, girl huffed n puffed rolled her eyes at the fact she had to do her job. Refused to make anything warm or even microwave anything. I am SO SORRY I was hungry and wanted food. I will never bother anyone there ever again.

Says they have spinach and tomato wraps on signs, that do not. Menu changed, not for the better. No sweet onion dressing. Staff didn't care about any of it. Prices are too high. Could eat a steak for what they charge. Done with Subways.

As much as I would hate to say it Kinda upset with this subway. don’t get me wrong the meatball sub was absolutely amazing but the problem is that I got food poisoning, I know it was subway that made me sick because they were the only thing I ate today. Im miserable right now. The Sub was amazing in taste though.
