This subway would get more business if the workers were actually behind the counter doing there job instead of standing in the back talking. Stood and waited for 10 minutes and no service, even hollared and nobody came out but we could see them standing there talking.

Cheyenne, WY I-80. pilot subway.Even though lettuce was turning brown, worker assured me I wouldn’t get sick, got sick that night.. they were out of drinks and covers, Tables were not cleaned, after the meal was paid for the workers disappeared into the back, people waiting to order. Probably a busy, place but they were not doing their jobs, unless you wanna get sick, I’d stay away. Truck stop side was not clean either. Trash all over counter, Need more actual people, not scanner machines/ corporate America, prob don’t pay enough. Would hate to see their showers, another one added to the skip list going through Wyo!

They need to creat official open hours and stick with it. Closed at 8:15pm on Wednesday 8/9/23. Lights off and no workers out front. If you can’t get workers pay them more and look at the manager.

Friday 6:10pm rn person working inside told me they’re closed but closing time is 10pm,had to wait 6:00pm to 6:10pm to hear they’re closed while only worker at subway is in the back room doing prep work

Stopped in for dinner and weren't disappointed. Food was great. It was busy so it took a little longer than normal. But that is understandable since they only had 2 folks working. The 2 guys working did amazing job and were friendly. Guessing one was a manager and the young kid was a new hire. They were both friendly and did great job.
