Manager and employee were extremely rude and refused to honor a valid gift card. They talked down to me for 30 minutes telling me to call a number that doesn't work and making stuff up that didn't make any logical

Visiting from out of town for Cheyenne Frontier Days. Ida is the best Sandwich Artist I have experienced in a long time. I worked at Subway many years ago so I am incredibly picky when it comes to how my sandwich is made and the service I receive at Subway. She was attentive, friendly, and changed her gloves in between multi tasking. She was super fast with my large order as well!

I got nothing on my sandwich bc I asked for a spicy italian and got told it wasn't on the menu. If something isn't in the store anymore take it off online. It's useless to keep something on the menu online if it's not a thing on the menu at the store.

This location fools you because the outside looks very nice. But the restaurant is chronically understaffed and never has half of the items on the menu. Oh, you wanted a straw with your soda? Hope you're not getting lunch here!I don't know if this is all part of the franchise owner's brilliant plan to boost profits, but the result is awful for customers (and I assume the employees). Go to any other Subway in the world, rather than this one.

Absolutely awful service!!! The girl working the counter was rude. Got a salad that is usually put in a bowl and chopped..... not today. She just threw all the ingredients in the to go bowl and called it good. If I could give 0 stars I would.
