My sandwich was stuck to the paper on the bottom and the top was broken apart and to hard to eat.

Our sandwich artist Brooke had awesome customer service this evening. The store was clean, there was one customer dining in as we were ordering our sandwiches, which were amazing! She even helped me realize I had been ordering the wrong sub (I've only been a few times since the menu was revamped) the past few times I had been in and told me it's new name to save me from seeming like a super picky eater to future sandwich artists.

I don't know if this place is under new management recently but it seems to be going downhill. This is the second time in a row I've ordered and paid online only to be met when I walked in with being told they were out of ingredients for my sandwiches. Last time it was roast beef and black olives. This time it was meatballs. Was only offered to substitute steak on my "boss" sandwich. I get it happens every now and then but talking to the server last trip they let go that it was a pretty normal thing now.

Most uncomfortable visit I’ve ever had at any fast food place, as the workers were talking about kids/people crossing the street and getting hit by cars, and one worker decided to say we have to many children in Wyoming anyways. Both workers were disrespectful and very unprofessional.

If Subway is supposed to be fresh sliced meat why is their meat hidden behind a partition so you can't see it. Is this another lie like the tuna fish sandwhiches?

This is the only subway in town that I feel has the cleanest food prep area and best staff. Love subway, but only from here.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's pretty flat to get here

Went there today, those Churos are amazing. No line, no issues at all. Easy to order, I screwed up paying for it, as usual.

A few minutes ago from this post I got a sandwich. The guy working took a quick approach to build the sandwich and put it together with haste. Toasted it a little extra toasty, and then LOADED it up with the toppings I wanted. Normally they put like 6-8 jalapeños on it but this brotha put at least 20. He did let an olive slip into the sandwich however... not a big deal I just plucked it out later, could be a nice hidden surprise for those who do not pay attention to the assembly process; perhaps a secret ingredient if you will. Also salt and peppered my sandwich with alot of pepper. Nice crispy sandwich seasoned to perfection all at a quick pace and fair price with coupon! Definitely a step up from prior experiences here.

Ordered The Boss it was cold. Had to stop getting mustard on my italian. Put enough for 5 sandwiches. Bread is usually dry. Today Bread was cold for both sandwiches.

Thie has been the THIRD_TIME that I have gone in and ordered a TWELVE_INCH black forest ham on italian herbs and cheese. Every sandwich maker of these three times was a new person. THEY INSIST on placing only 6 slices of ham on a 12 in bread. Each time they have argued with me about it. THEN this time of getting him to FINALLY place 12 slices of ham on it I said double the meat so he ONLY PLACES 6 SLICES ON THE DOUBLE MEAT. I argued and argued until you pathetic employee finally placed 6 more slices of ham on myu sandwich.ONE MORE ISSUE WITH THE SAD EXCUSE AT SUBWAY.They BRAG on TV over and over about slicing their meats fresh. THE SLICES OF BLACK FOREST HAM ARE SOOOOOO THIN THAT THEY NEARLY FALL APART ONLY BARELY HOLDING TOGETHER A SLICE OF HAM. IF I WANTED A WINDOW MADE OF HAM I WOULD GO TO A WINDOW REPAIR SHOP.WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always have to check this location. Think they are short on staff, so they are not open the hours that they have been previously. Food is good when they are open.
