Order made completely wrong! 2 bean burritos and 2 bean burritos no onion. Not hard! Plus they put pink sprinkles from cupcakes all over my food. The sprinkles melted the color off and had sugar white balls all over. What is wrong with employees these days. Taco bell shouldn't have sprinkles. So I will be taking this to corporate.

Food is always good, service is good but the wait is ridiculous. I’ve had food take over an hour. Taco Bell use to be one of the fastest places in town no matter how busy. Now it doesn’t seem to matter how many orders they have it takes for ever.

Very slow service. I ordered online thru the app, gave it 10 minutes before I got to the restaurant. Proceeded to wait another 10 minutes in restaurant. It wasn't busy, a few cars in drive thru and about 4 people in the lobby waiting for a long time as well.

Completely disappointed with this place... all the tables are completely dirty, they don't clean... if I could give 0 stars I would give them 0 star. The staff is quite unpleasant with bad character and there is no ice in the coke machines

Probably the worst taco bell I’ve been to potatoes were soggy crunchwraps just had beef and cheese nothing else inside, gave up 1 cup of half filled cheese for 3 bags of chips, teenagers walked right past me 3 times when I had a mobile order and I was the only guy standing at the counter for about 10 minutes, they also talked about who and who they wouldn’t “smash” totally unprofessional and one lady stormed out saying shes gonna quit sunday, whoever manages this place get a damn grip and hire somebody competent enough to not forget tomatoes in a taco….
sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes and still waiting. the drive through attendant said nothing about waiting. only ordered 3 things. bad customer service. and bad practice to not say anything to customers who have been waiting for 30 minutes.

Check the quality of your food before leaving the drive-thru!! I ordered the new Nugget Meal and waited at the window for 15 minutes for my ONLINE pickup order. They forgot 2 things (thankfully I checked before leaving) HOWEVER, I didn't check the actual nuggets and out of 10 nuggets 5 were burnt!! What a waste of time and money. No lunch for me today...
