I ordered online for a pickup order. Waited 5 minutes before I left the house. Got there inside was dead drive thru was busy. Told them I was there to pick up my order and their response was... oh I haven't started that at all. I told them I'd go outside to the car and go park in the mobile parking pickup and they said they'll bring it out to me. I said okay, cool. Waited 15 minutes! Went back inside. They had my order sitting on the counter still no one in the inside of the building, mind you! When I said, I was told them that I was told it would brought out to me when ready all the guy did was shrug his shoulders. Took the food home which I only live 2 minutes away. The food was freezing cold! I had purchased a Mexican pizza and the cheese was congealed it was so cold. To say that I will never go back is an understatement and I can assure you I will also be sure to tell my friend's and family of this terrible experience as well.
