I ordered online for a pickup order. Waited 5 minutes before I left the house. Got there inside was dead drive thru was busy. Told them I was there to pick up my order and their response was... oh I haven't started that at all. I told them I'd go outside to the car and go park in the mobile parking pickup and they said they'll bring it out to me. I said okay, cool. Waited 15 minutes! Went back inside. They had my order sitting on the counter still no one in the inside of the building, mind you! When I said, I was told them that I was told it would brought out to me when ready all the guy did was shrug his shoulders. Took the food home which I only live 2 minutes away. The food was freezing cold! I had purchased a Mexican pizza and the cheese was congealed it was so cold.
To say that I will never go back is an understatement and I can assure you I will also be sure to tell my friend's and family of this terrible experience as well.

I ordered the pizza taco thing. It supposed to be crunchy taco with pizza like toppings. It was testing really bad, like iit has been friend in too used oil or something. I almost vomited 🤢. L
Talk about a terrible experience, first the girl taking the order terrible. The order was repeated several times and it was still wrong when we got it. When we told her we were missing stuff she wanted to argue when it was on the receipt, then to top it off the manager stuck up for her and said we were harassing her! Lmao really? She said the failure was because they were so busy. That’s fine but don’t be rude and think people are going to be ok with that. Terrible terrible terrible. Even the people in front of us left because of such bad service
