Prices are not clearly shown. Staff are interested in goofing off with each other rather than taking care of customers. The ice machine was empty, they were told, but nobody bothered to fill it. Avoid at all cost!
Twice now we have been at this Taco Bell and the customer service has been horrible. We witnessed two employees start berating another employee for comping a side of nacho cheese. My husband went up and gave them a dollar for it so they would just stop. One employee continued to slam things around and cuss in the back about it while the other employee that gave the free cheese was out taking out trash and cleaning the dining room. The other time was when a customer said that they got the wrong food and they were not very nicely told that once they touched it they couldn’t take it back. The customer told them they just wanted their child’s burrito and not the extra chalupa. Another employee came to the table and slammed a burrito on the table in front of them and turned around and walked away. The utter disrespect for their customers is appalling and uncomfortable to witness while trying to enjoy a meal.

Bought a party pack of soft tacos, and they didn't come with any sauce. You would think I was asking for the world when I came back and asked for some sauce. When did the price of soft tacos jump to 2 bucks a piece?

It's taco bell... what else is there to say. Average food, decent people but slow and busy, so you pretty much have to use the electronic order system. Most of the attention is on the drive-thru so might as well do that as it's quicker than the indoor dining. ?
