Service is so dang slow. Mobile ordered and still waited like 45 minutes in drive thru line for order. Not only that but items are almost always missing or wrong from my order. Tonight they forgot the chips and cheese which was frustrating. Other than that, the workers were super kind, especially the woman working drive thru window tonight. Wonderful service from her, but not a good establishment.

Wow i loved watching my boyfriend eat his taco bell through the screen on my phone. He did have some complaints about the amount of sour cream but personality i love sour cream and i would have gobbled that up. You cant please them all (and he's a little dramatic) (its the wyomingneck in him i apologize) have a great day and shoutout taco bell love yall

I placed an order to go at the kiosk for 2 bean & cheese burritos with extra cheese, extra sauce and no onions. When I got home, I got two burritos with no onions, sauce or cheese. It was so dry, I couldn't even eat it. How hard is it to get this order right? Very, very disappointed.
