I placed an order to go at the kiosk for 2 bean & cheese burritos with extra cheese, extra sauce and no onions. When I got home, I got two burritos with no onions, sauce or cheese. It was so dry, I couldn't even eat it. How hard is it to get this order right? Very, very disappointed.

I usually LOVE Taco Bell, but the past two times I have gone, I have SPECIFICALLY asked for supreme Doritos locos tacos, and got regular instead. I don’t order big orders either. Your employees need to learn listening skills ! 🙄🙄

Food is usually good. When it’s burnt they won’t remake it. I have always waited 30-45 minutes past my pick up time for my food.
Tonight waited in restaurant for 20 minutes before acknowledged for my order.
Male staff working was swearing about customers wanting free food. This isn’t the first time I have been here and received absolutely terrible customer service.
