Tried to go through the drive through. Left without finishing order. The A.I. robot thing taking your order is awful and dumb. It kept screwing up everything. Will never be back to this location or any others using this garbage.

Great visit to Taco John's. First time in a number of years because it's not in our area. Just as good as I remember it. You wouldn't have been disappointed if you'd visited when I was there.

Went through the drive through tonite. My potato oles weren't seasoned and tasted like they were fried in old oil.
The Sunday morning crew are rude and slow. One guy walked around like he was high telling people to have a good night (it’s still morning) and it took FOREVER to get our food which was inaccurate too. We got extra items and had items missing. Time to find a new TJ’s.

So I went to the Taco John's on So. Greeley Hwy & Fox Farm Rd to treat myself to a burrito and Ole's. As I tried to present my 100% Disabled Veteran ID card, I accidentally showed my driver's license. The little girl (Tianna G) at the window mocked me and disrespected me. Really disappointed in Taco John's.

I am so tired of this location always getting my order wrong. Whether they are charging me for the wrong items, giving me the wrong items or shorting me on food, this location is creative in screwing up. On top of that they now have an AI drive through that makes it infuriating to order through. Today, I was ordering for my family and when I pulled up to the window I wanted to verify with the attendant that I ordered nachos with chips on the side. I even said "I live outside if town and do not want soggy chips, so do you think you could keep the chips seperate?" He ended up charging me for chips and nacho cheese. Come to find out I paid for the stupid chips and cheese, but they were not even included in my order. Why? Why? Why?

Just spent 50 dollars here, recieved half sized smashed breakfast burritos was offered no hot sauce and a spilled nacho cheese in the bag. Obviously have the D crew working today. Will take some time off from taco John's. Should have gone to Taco Bell.

Terrible service.... Took 20 min to get through the drive through. When I got to the food window, three employees were talking on their cell phones instead of helping the customer. Ended up getting two other people's food, missing food and overcharged for being double ordered. Called the manager, and the best I got from him was saying he would remake my order if I came back. After being halfway home to burns with two toddlers. This location needs serious management training.
