Cashier lady was awesome! Food was fine. The manager was too lazy to even cut a quesadilla. The manager has no sense of urgency everybody was waiting way way longer than should. And the manager couldn't apologize for nothing just give dirty looks

Delicious takeout. Got the bean burrito with potato oles. Could not complain. The potato oles are fried to perfection. Don't know where taco johns gets the tortillas. Would like to know, because there good. So, if your in the Cheyenne and want good, take out Mexican fast food, go to Taco Johns. Don't go to taco bell. Thank you guys!

Sooooo slow. Don’t anticipate to get your food in any less than 20 minutes. I thought I had plenty of time, but had to leave without getting my food before having to get back to work for a meeting. Ended up being a $15 Diet Pepsi for me. No employee was available by the time I had to leave, so I didn’t have a chance to ask for a refund. If there’s a next time, I’ll have to plan for at least 30 minutes, I guess.

There were four and possibly five employees in the store. We ordered a taco salad with 1000 islands dressing, a kid meal with milk, and tacos and burritos from the drive through. There was no fork. I went back inside for a fork. The milk was sour and had expired 11/24/24. The manager expressed dismay, went to the milk cooler, checked a few until he found a good one. Did not remove or check dates on others or assign anyone to check inventory. There was no 1000 Islands. Just green salsa. Another customer came back inside to complain because her order was two tacos short. The young blonde woman on drive through spent her down time on her phone texting and waiting for the next order. There was no outside trash can. We circled the restaurant looking and, finding none, stopped at the drive through window to ask. No one came to the window even after I honked several times. I left the trash outside the window. It was clear employees had little training and no supervision. While I was there no one was directing employees for corrective actions. No one corrected the phone use behavior. No one followed up on the milk issue. No one expressed concern for having failed to properly fulfill orders. The manager catered to his own and to employee weaknesses. There was no communication, no corrective actions, no oversight, no quality control. Just mute sour silence as though we were wrong to want things done right. I felt sorry for the franchise owner until I realized the owner is the problem. This would be a very nice Taco John’s if anyone cared. I do not recommend going to this location if you like service, quality, and Taco John’s done right.
Taco johns cheyenne is great, EXCEPT FOR THE COMPUTER ORDERING in the drive through. I hate talking to an inanimatnobject

Sevice was great but as a Texan, I wes not impressed nor a fan of the food. I was told by locals that I ordered the wrong item, which was a bowl. But I ordered the bowl because they only offered flour tortillas.
