Boyfriend sent in a mobile order for me to pickup while he was busy. Went to pickup, when I questioned what the order was the guy at the window said ‘I know it’s your order cause it’s next’ then charged me for a mobile order that was already paid for. The mobile app doesn’t let you check out unless you pay for it when it’s placed, I did not know that since I don’t use the stupid app. The mobile app doesn’t give anywhere where I can correct this, they don’t answer the phone.

Using a computer automated device is a disappointment. Told the staff to pass on we don't like it he stated not his deal it's on corporate was rude about it we informed him you would receive a review.

Long story short, they couldn't process my payment. So they gave me my money back to go elsewhere. Order totaled $9.57. Gave them $50.57 cash. (A $50 Bill was all I had, and I don't use a card for fast food.) They didn't have $41 cash to give me back in change. This is the first time anywhere I've been told a business couldn't process my order because they didn't have money to give me back my change. I'm all for using cards and/or contactless payment, but on my terms and when I want to do that.

We were visiting family in Cheyenne and devised to try this place. AI runs the drive thru which did not get our order correctly and took almost 10 minutes because the computer was not understanding. It was our first time here so we didn’t know what to order. Got to the window and the employee stated he was frustrated with the AI and had to take our order which took even more time. The food wasn’t even that great and we ended up just throwing it away.

The super nachos where loaded down like I had done it myself, the burrito was good the tater tots where a little salty however the past three years I have stopped adding salt on my own so it could be me. However the costumer service was very good. First he listened to my anecdotal story about driving and eating then brought my order to my table . The dining room was very clean and nice.
