OK, so I figured it's been a while so I'd update my review.I got the "Limited Time Taco Pizza" didn't care too much for it, wasn't that great. It was bigger than expected, so that's a plus. But where this Taco John's shines is the staff. The person behind the counter, saw that I placed the order online, and that there were some people ahead of me, and offered me a free drink while I waited. That's excellent customer service there.

The food is always here at Taco John's. I gave them a 4 because I wish it didn't take as long as it does to get my food. The staff was nice and professional. I highly recommend TJ!

I went there like 5 minutes ago. I said “can I get a bean and cheese burrito with no onions, also some potatoes” these people put the potatoes on my burrito like y’all are not the brightest of the bunch. If I wanted my potatoes on my burrito I would’ve said I want potatoes on it.

Dear Taco John's,When you "fill" up the little one ounce containers of salsa, could you please fill them a bit more than 1/4th full? I'd rather not have to ask for 4 of them for one burrito. Plus it's kind of a waste of the plastic containers they come in.
They only mess up about every forth time I go there and it is usually only one

It would be great if I could get 2 sausage breakfast burritos like I ordered. This seems to be an ongoing issue the last 3 times I've been here which before today I didn't mind one sausage and one bacon but I ordered sausage burritos and got both bacon today. I'm not a fan of bacon for breakfast at all but I'm not gonna make a big deal out of one being bacon however both of em being bacon that's not acceptable when I didn't even mention bacon at all in the order. I only come here maybe once or twice a week and it's not always breakfast but seems to be impossible to get two sausage burritos the last couple weeks. I'm only home 1-2 days a week so I'm not here every day and sometimes not even on the same day of the week but someone is not paying attention to what's being ordered for breakfast.

10 minutes before closing time, I decided to take a chance. The few items I asked for they were out of because how late it was, not a problem at all! I tried the crispy chicken taco meal and some Mexican donut bites. The line was taking a little bit but after getting my food I understood why! All the food was made hot and fresh. No complaints about my visit, guy at the window is always super cool and nice, food was amazing! I forgot how good those donut bites were!!
For fast food it's a good place. More bland than Taco Bell, but less intestinal irritation. If you ask for it they'll give you Pico and limes to add flavor. The best thing here are the potato oles. I like to add lime juice to them, my brother likes to ask for a side of nacho cheese and dip them.I got the super potato oles today, not the best. The oles get soggy before you have time to eat them.We had 4 people and spent $45.

17 Aug 2023 around 5:45 - 6:00 PM. What a joy to enter a CLEAN place to eat and be greeted by such friendly young gents. There was about 6 fellas working, and every single one we encountered was very friendly, courteous, and all were WORKING. It was refreshing to be treated as an appreciated customer! Whoever owns this place, your manager is doing their job well (from a customer's standpoint). Fast, friendly service is the name of the fast food game and you all are killin it!
This location (pershing and ridge) messes up my order about half the time. If you order a B2 with sausage they just give you bacon anyway like they don't care. Last night I simply ordered two bean burritos without onion for my son and I. At the window the lady clarified if it was just "no onion" and I agreed. Both burritos ended up having onion anyway and mine seemed like it even had extra. I couldn't finish it and threw half away. I'm never going back to this location. I'll drive out of the way on my daily commute to go to the ridge and del range location from now on since they actually get my order right every time.
