Honestly I’ve always loved Texas Roadhouse which is why I went there for my birthday with my friends for dinner. I called ahead at 3 when they opened and let them know the occasion and they let me know I had to call back an hour before since they didn’t do reservations. I called back an hour before our time of arrival and we still waited 45 min (which is fine but doesn’t seem like calling ahead does anything for you) then we didn’t get our drinks for about 30 min after ordering and my husbands salad was forgotten. On top of that my friends told the waitress more than once that it was my birthday and she didn’t acknowledge or do anything for the entire night. So just really disappointed and will not choose to go back there next year lol

I haven't been disappointed at a Texas Roadhouse yet. I always get the prime rib and it's perfect every time. The service was great and very attentive. Looking forward to my next visit.
Food was terrible. None of our steaks were cooked right and the tea was so sweet you couldn't even drink it

Started out good waitress was good the problem Started with drinks my wife and father-in-law ordered sweet tea when they got it it was mostly sugar water it made my wife stomach start to hurt then came the food we all had steaks my father-in-law's steak was ordered med and he got it well done my wife ordered hers the same way and got well done I ordered mine the same way and mine came out raw they didn't say anything but I sent mine backit came back better but some of it was still under so yeah the only thing done correctly was my kids burger only because she like it a little pink in the middle so I guess just do a burger because for a steak house they need help
