Our server savvy was amazing! Great attitude, made us laugh, overall just an amazing server, she made the visit 100x better! Steaks were cooked to perfection, sides were amazing as always, and you can never go wrong with there rolls! We even had a floor manager come check on us and ask us how everything was! Best Texas Roadhouse I’ve been to!

My family and I love Texas Road House and always been a go to. Tonight just made it better, first the manager tonight James remembered me and my family, as we are both from the Washington State Area we had a great time talking about the Mariners. As well as, we had a GREAT waitress tonight. Val you did great girl! You keep doing what your doing and keep motivated at school! You will go far! To put a topping on it, thank, you to who paid for my families dinner and I hope the people we passed it on too enjoyed there night. Thank you Texas Road House of Cheyenne for another great night of service and food!

Most consistent restaurant in the country. No matter which one and more specifically the one in Cheyenne. Service is always on point, food quality is always exceptional, medrare steak always cook to perfection and the bar drinks are exceptional. Only place I know I can get a consistently great LI iced tea and at a great price.

I'm a regular customer but I will no longer be after today. Sat at bar which was fine had a beer. Issac the bartender great as soon as the female bartender took over fine she acknowledged the other customers but not me so as she was talking at length with other familiar patrons. I sat with empty glass and was completely ignored this female bartender knows me and obviously doesn't like me. So I sat there right in front of her as she was talking. Finally I just left was going to have a few more cocktails and dinner but forget it. Even asked one manager to cash me out for my one drink she knows me also didn't ask what's wrong or anything forget this place I went somewhere else. Even told the manager I was going somewhere else not a word. Clearly they do not care for me so I won't return since there is favoritism with customers. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm never returning. To bad this one person ruined my experience and one of my favorite places to eat. Not anymore ill go anywhere but hereVery rude staff
I originally made a reservation for 10 people, which then turned into 13 people! I checked in right as the whole party arrived, and my table was immediately ready for the original 10 people. The hostess and staff made another table for the remaining people in our party right away, despite it being a very busy night. After we got seated, our customer service was phenomenal, the food was fantastic, and the communication from the staff was impeccable. I will be actively choosing to go here in the future, knowing the service will be spot on. Thanks to everyone involved!
