I love my drinks from here vs Starbucks.
I left Starbucks because of the hard woke attitude and lack of customer service.
Every time I come to the Human bean I am greeted with a cheerful smile and demeanor and it is consistent no matter what time of day I go. I always enjoy tipping here however I do a monthly tip up front. If the customer service is top notch I don’t mind leaving an extra tip on my visit but I don’t do every single visit.

When you order an item it should actually be what you purchased. If you are going to offer tea as an item to purchase on your menu it should be ready to drink. I should not be sold ice water with tea bags tossed into a cup full of ice and told I have to wait for it to brew in my now peach flavored water. At the cost of $6.00dollars because either your employees are too lazy to brew the tea or as a company you are trying to cut costs by not brewing the tea before hand and keeping it on the menu anyway. Do better

Quick service. This location unlike the Greeley, Evans and Lasalle locations is lacking something. The staff is very nice but the drinks, especially the coffee just don't taste like the Human Bean down in Colorado. Maybe it's the water lol

The setup is a little eh- HOWEVER, super yummy drinks. I got a sour drink and called them and they replaced it with a good one❤️

My favorite coffee shop! Love being able to pay with the app because the tipping question is always awkward in person but the app lets you do it at the same time you pay. Not a fan of the bean on top but they ask every time so that's nice. The cold brew is top tier, I always get it with sugar free caramel and it is addicting. Staff is always super friendly and sometimes they even know my order before I say anything. They open super early in the morning and stay open pretty late so I can get coffee pretty much any time if day.

I work at one of the nearby restaurants that I won’t disclose, this place is absolutely amazing for the times when you want something that tastes good, works well but maybe will fold your knees some when they read the total. The energy drink selection is amazing but short.
So good I went back twice in a day! I really appreciate having a sugar-free option beyond vanilla and the dairy-free milk alternatives! It was a nice surprise to get a free sample of chocolate covered espresso beans with my order. Fast delivery times too!
