Great food, great service. Thanks for taking care of us last Saturday night. Can't remember the name of the young lady (shorter with dark hair that served the tables by the bar) that took care of us but she was on top of it. And I admit we were a bit high maintenance. Thanks again.

8/23 Four for dinner. We did not have reservations. Hostess checked with management about seating us. We were seated. Water came immediately. Ordered drinks, margarita, Manhattan, and a beer. Food: 2 soups, 1 spicy Italian sausage and 1 tomato bisque. 2 Caesar salads. Server brought 3 salads and 1 soup. Asked for tomato bisque, but server brought spicy Italian, which is fine. Soup was hot and delicious. Caesar dressing is some of the best I've had in quite some time. Entrée: Steak and shrimp rigatoni, filet asked for well done, met burger for well done, and ribeye medium. Filet was medium, ribeye was well done, all sides were served cool. Ribeye returned to kitchen and another served. 2nd ribeye served was hot and cooked properly. Sides still not hot. Server did remove ribeye from our bill without us asking. Dishes weren't cleared after salads and water glasses weren't refilled unless we asked. We don't know if establishment is short staffed, but this is the last time we'll visit The Metropolitan.

It took a while for a server to greet us. After that, the food and service was great.

Terrible experience!! The manager offered me something in the future. I don’t live in Cheyenne. 25 minutes to get a beer!! Not recommended!!!

Came here with coworkers on one of their recommendations. Myself and one other ordered the prime rib. When it was served, we were given a NY strip that was way overdone. They subbed us ribeyes but my coworker had to send theirs back 2x before it was even close to medium rare while my steak was way too salty from being over seasoned.
The server was kind and very apologetic. I felt bad for him being stuck with an underperforming kitchen.

Went for happy hour. Limited menu offerings but still good. The martini was good, the tacos were tasty. But bought a Manhattan as well as better than a martini. Service was excellent, would definitely be back.

Always great service, food, and it’s never too loud or busy (granted we haven’t gone on busy holidays like Valentines Day!). We’ve been multiple times with our young kids and we have always had a great experience.

I was passing through town and looking for a nice ribeye! They did not disappoint. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was top notch to boot!!

The steak frites didn’t have any type of sauce or seasoning. Ordered medium and were severely overcooked. Not sure how you can serve a cut up overcooked steak with no seasoning or sauce and call it steak frites. Maybe they don’t know what steak frites actually are?!? The service was subpar, sat outside and waited forever and the place was almost empty. 10/10 would NOT recommend. lol.
