Can’t really rate the food, as after 30 minutes, I didn’t even receive water. No one spoke to us afyer we were seated. Such a shame they choose to profile people. While my friend and I don’t look like we can afford to dine here, I assure you we can and we tip extremely well. There is no reason we should have been ignored for so long, there were only two other couples at the time. The ONLY reason we weren’t being served was our appearance, and it wasn’t even our normal garb, wasn’t offensive, we are clean and well groomed. We dressed up to go out, it was simply based on my friends hair, dreadlocks…. Our evening wasn’t completely ruined, we went to a place a little down the road, were seated and waited on promptly and with kindness, our bill was reasonable and we tipped 50%!! I hope whomever is running this establishment, takes a serious look inward and addresses their inner demons, instead of projecting their bias onto their customers.

Food wasn’t bad! I did find a hair in my food and was upset. The server said she would have my meal compensated, then the manager comes and offers a discount instead. The manager gave ick vibes but Audrey was the prettiest and nicest lady ever!

My husband and I just moved to Cheyenne Wy, we have already been to The Metropolitan Downtown a couple times because we love it so much!! The best bartenders in town great customer service and great drinks!

I got a new york strip, shrimp, veggies and a house salad, the steak was not tender, the flavor wasn’t all that great either. it was also covered in a fennel sauce, which was super overpowering, and pretty much ruined the steak, how are you gonna serve a delicious $33.00 steak with a fennel sauce, maybe it was for the shrimp but why put seafood sauce on a steak just serve the shrimp in the sauce on the side. Also the shrimp which was the most overcooked ive had in my life which costed $8.00 for 4 shrimp. Veggies just tasted like mushrooms it overpowered all the other veggies. Place was sorta overhyped, it just looks pretty. Tried my wifes burger and it was bomb but thats about it…
