We have been to the Met several times. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is good and the servers are nice. That’s if you go during meal times! If you go a bit later, prepare to be rudely told the kitchen is closing or closed. And if you just want a drink that you can only sit at the bar (which is not fun as a group). It is probably the nicest bar in town but it closes at 10 on weekends and if you go past 9 they act like it’s a huge inconvenience. We really don’t understand why the bar can’t stay open later when there are always people there, and why they can’t be more accommodating of people wanting to come for a quiet drink. My husband is refusing to go there any more for anything because he doesn’t like how we are treated when you come for a drink.

Burger was excellent. Salad had wilted pieces in it.

My Filet was perfect. My boyfriend's ribeye left a lot to be desired, thin and somewhat flavorful. Fries over seasoned. Our waiter however was a ROCK STAR.

They have an eclectic menu, and everything I’ve tried thus far has been delicious. The ambiance is great and the service is great to match. Ask for Hannah if you’re sitting at the bar, she’s awesome.

The restaurant is the nicest and most modern in Cheyenne. The staff is very attentive to your needs, friendly, and helpful. A very enjoyable experience. The food is amazing. Trying new things each time. Never disappointing. Prices are affordable. Quiet and condusive for intimate conversations. For time with a special someone, this is the best choice.

My wife and I have been coming to the Metropolitan for the dueling pianos since we moved in July of 2022. Recently, we have made a point of trying out the happy hour and can't say enough about how happy we have been with that decision. Drink selection is solid, the bartenders are top notch, food especially the brussel sprouts and Mediterranean Pasta makes the visit well worth it. Of course, we will continue to enjoy the dueling pianos but we will make a point to eat there before the event.

On my trip to Cheyenne, we ate here three times. We were throwing my mother-in-law a birthday and the Met was recommended, but never having been there ourselves, we went for lunch the day before. The food was excellent and the server was lovely. The party the following day went off without a hitch and all the food we ordered was a big hit with the guests. When we ordered, the chef said we should cut at least one tray off because we were ordering too much for 40 people. I always appreciate when someone tries to save me money! The following day, we went for brunch, which was also excellent.

We were at the Met for a wedding reception. The dinner buffet of two salad choices and four pasta choices with garlic toast was outstanding!! Staff was efficient and friendly and the atmosphere was very special. Well done!!

Had the wife's business Christmas party here. We both ordered the filet and it was cooked to perfection. My only criticism would be the service. They were times where they wouldn't come near the table for about 20 minutes.

Initially upon entry there were no staff, it took about 5 minutes to be seated. We got our initial drinks and appetizers at an acceptable speed. The drinks were mostly water, the appetizers were as good as something microwaved from Walmart. We went over 20 minutes with empty drinks and no food waiting to order dinner. At that point we decided to stand up and start getting ready to leave, and only then did we get noticed. Do not recommend.

While standing at the host station, 3 hosts ignored us. After being acknowledged, the host came around the podium, placed her hands up as to push us back from the podium to let us and another couple know that they just over seat their waitstaff. After patiently waiting, another couple that arrived after us was seated, when we asked 1of 3 hosts why they were seated first, the host shrugged their shoulders. Very poor service! We were seated at the Rib and chop, although super busy as always.

Food was okay at best, the table had dry water marks which for me personally was disgusting… Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.
