We ordered $100 Dollars for the food it was cold and we didn't get All of our food, very disappointed,lived to far to went back, tried calling to talk to a Manager and the phone just rang and rang and then gave a answer machine. Imagine that! Will not Go there never again.

I absolutely love this place. This last time Jacob was our server. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even the busser Joe was kind and made sure our time there was enjoyable. We can't wait to go back.Parking: The parking lot is a hot mess sadly. The spots are super close together and no one can seem to maintain their own space. My jeep got dinged while there. It happens, but it sucks.

I’ve ordered from The Office twice now and this last order was truly disappointing (I can’t remember the first order.) I ordered the Fish & Chips and it was awful — not only was it soggy, but it was also unseasoned. Not even salt or pepper. The fries were soggy, bland, and limp. I also ordered the Mac & Cheese Bites for my son — he didn’t like them. It’s hard to make Mac n cheese unappetizing for a 3 year old, but somehow that’s what happened. They were unseasoned, bland, and soaked with oil. The only thing we did enjoy was the Gluten Free Chocolate Cake and the Turtle Cake, but those definitely weren’t made in house so that’s probably why they actually tasted flavorful and decent. For the price and reputation of this place, I expected a whole lot more, but I’m starting to doubt the quality of Cheyenne establishments on the whole so maybe I’ll take my business to Fort Collins and CO until quality and standards improve here in town!

It was a massa seminar. My meal was the worst I've ever had. It was overly done and crunchy. Chicken fried chicken is not supposed to be burnt and crunchy. The appetizer was over done. Pretzel bites were hard. If I had had to pay I wouldn't have, it was paid by massa. First time there and will be the last. I was very disappointed

My husband and I went a few months ago and the food and service was amazing. This time our service was absolutely horrible. The ticket said Arron but this was a young girl with short hair that was two colors.This time we took our daughter her husband and our two granddaughters. Well I ordered the chicken fried chicken with sweet potatoe fries and the fries were cold and the chicken was way overcooked and the gravy on it was really bad tasting. My husband ordered a burger with some beer cheese soup. He said the soup was good but it came with his burger and his burger was way overcooked also. My granddaughter ordered the kids chicken tender meal. When she got it it was the regular meal. I told the waitress that we ordered the kids meal and her response was o that’s right.When she asked me if I wanted a box for my food( she never came around while everyone was eating and ask how our food was) I told her no cause the fries were cold and the sauce stated weird, her response o sorry.When we got our bill she charged my husband for his soup when it was his side to go with the burger, and still charged us for a full order of chicken tenders. I told her that we ordered the kids meal not the full meal and she once again said o yeah that’s right.She did come around when we were done and asked us if we needed any refills we said yes and it took her 15 more minutes for them. She still charged me full price for my food which was inedible.My daughter ordered the Cookie Monster for the girls for dessert and the cookie was so burnt that it was also inedible but that got redone.Overall a bad experience!

This was our second order from here. The first order was great! We enjoyed all the food! The order from tonight was terrible. They forgot the fries for the kids' meal, the extra chicken I added to my Greek salad was dry and tasted like it was cooked this morning. My husband ordered the fish and chips except with onion rings. The onion rings were burned, really greasy and the fish was had no salt. I don't know what happened tonight. Maybe it was an off night. But the Doordash person was great and right on time!!

We had an event in the Napa room. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The charge for the room 300.00 was reasonable since we could fit up to 80 people. The service was excellent and the drinks were great. The servers were very attentive and brought our drinks to us efficiently. The food was very disappointing. We ordered a chicken taco bar which I felt would be very safe. The chicken had absolutely no taco seasoning. Very blah ?. The garnishes were minimal. The taco bar was 17.00 a person so I was really expecting a bit more. The charcuterie board which was a 150.00 and was literally cheese, bruschetta and some very old grapes. I could have bought a better cheese tray at the supermarket. No nuts, olives etc. If l could do the event over I would order pizzas and some appetizers and hope that at least one of the choices was good.
