What used to be a great place to eat. Came in got ignored. Waited around for someone to see us... Got ignored some more. 20mns.... They have a drive thru apparently. It became obvious the staff were way too focused on door dash and the drive thru to bother noticing* us.

The breakfast burritos are amazing! Especially the smothered chorizo one; I wake up every day and want it for breakfast. The horchata is amazing, and it's nice you can get refills. Their lunch/dinner food is okay. The meat tends to be a little dry.

I’ve had TV dinners that taste better than this. Poorly packaged cold food. Bag of chips stale and only 1/4 full. Watery green chile. Tamales are tasteless and hardly any meat. You use to be my favorite restaurant. I won’t be back.

My food was cold and my plate was stone cold. I ordered a tamale, rice and beans. One-half of my tamale was missing and the rice and beans were cold. The tamale was cold as well. I am visiting family and when we have eaten there in the past, everything was fine. I will never go there again!
0/10. The drive through employee was ridiculously rude after making me wait 18 mins at the window. I will never be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. On top of the HORRIBLE customer experience, the burrito needed salt.

Ordered takeout, tried a new item, didn't receive everything that was supposed to come with it. Chicken was old and dry. Wasn't told I wasn't receiving a tortilla...from TORTILLA FACTORY...several in the fridge up front, not offered a substitute. Receipt says 'sorry. No tort
